Prime location as its close to home and work for me, but this is one of the worst customer service fast food locations in the area. For this part of Plantation where there are many offices and residential homes, one would figure they would be on their A game...NOT. Notoriously slow drive-thru & even when you go inside the service is so slow. They are also not customer friendly here and all seem to be un happy there and it shows in the service. This has been going on for quite some time at this location and many of us are un happy in the area. There really needs to be some changes at this location.

OMG this Taco Bell SUCKS. Ive unfortunately been here many times and 100%, 10 out of 10 this place has taken an absurd amount of time to make my order. Were talking 20+ minutes, even in the drive thru -ESPECIALLY in the drive thru. Ive straight up left before they even finished my food and have vowed to never come here again.

Absolutely lousy in all respects. I come back every now and then to see if anything happened to improve but it never does. Customer service is non existent and food is horrible even for fast food standards. Go somewhere else by all means. I cant believe corporate allows this place to operate this way for this long.

Been here a couple times hoping itd get better but they always mess my order up. Went to get a quesolupa and they gave me a buritto instead. This has got to be the worst taco bell/kfc in existence. Theres a reason its under 2 stars. Wonder when they will get it together or shut down.

Taco Bell/KFC combo location. No line when I pulled up but still took around 5 minutes. Did not ask the standard "Do you want any sauce?" question. When I had to honk to get them to come back to the window, they told me I had to come in and get it.

The drive thru line is always long . They never get your order right and the severs are rude. Whenever you ask for all flats they are drums . What more can you ask for? I highly recommend the any other Taco Bell/KFC than that one .

Slowest Taco Bell Ive been to. Walked in and there was a line of people waiting to order, and line for them to get their food. And you can see in the kitchen they arent working at a fast pace. The food is still good though.

You always wait a really long time like up to twenty mins plus in the drive thru but its the only tb or kfc on the area its sad really the staff really has no idea what they are doing if you dont have the time go elsewhere

I eat at Taco Bell 3,4 times a week. This is one of the worst ones Ive seen. Not once or twice, all three times I went there. The food taste and quality was awful.
