The absolute worst customer service and delivery experience known to man. Ordered 2 calzones at 5:30 pm. At 7 pm call and told no record of order or delivery. Was told would offer 2 calzones for free but would take am hour for delivery. 8pm received a call from delivery driver confirming wrong address that I spelled out slow and clear, and was 30 minutes away in completely different neighborhood. So ordered at 5:30, and still waiting for delivery at 8:30 three hours later. Time to get into the 20th Century and maybe adapt a new ordering and delivery system. Only good thing to say is great pizza, and love your calzones. This has happened SEVERAL times before. Dont know what to say but no longer doing business with.

As a Brooklyn native who moved to Wilmington NC 15 years ago, one of my biggest question and concern regarding moving to the South was probably a familiar one for any Yankee transplant. That being, "Where do I get good pizza"? My move to the Cape Fear area was made much easier when I learned about Brooklyn Pizza in Ogden. Easily the best pizza in town. The owner has brought the pies that he use to make in his fathers pizza place in Sheepshead Bay down South, and not a thing was lost in the move. So dont give up and call Dominos or Papa Johns my Northern friends, we can have our cake (or pizza pie in this case) and enjoy real NY pizza in good ol NC!

We have been loyal customers since 2001. The customer service has decreased drastically since then leading to a particularly awful incident in Wednesday night when our order was more than two hours late and management had nothing to tell us (we never ended up receiving the pizza). When the manager matt called to follow up the next day he threw a string of curses at my mother ending with the F word. Having worked in customer service my entire career, I know there is never an appropriate time to curse at a customer. He ended the conversation saying. That one bad review wouldnt put them out of business. Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to them.

Im a bit confused by the excellent reviews of this place. They advertise everything fresh and home-made yet they use canned mushrooms on the pizza and boxed pasta. I was promissed three times that the pasta is made in house but I gotta tell you I would bet its not. I also believe the homemade dressing was made with vegetable oil and not olive oil as a true "Brooklynite" would use. Also, no plates were included with the delivered to our hotel. On a positive note, the delivery guy was extremely nice and speedy!

Wow... after reading the comments below... not sure if we are talking about the same place. I LOVE the pizza here. After living in NJ most of my life, Ive experienced some of the best pizza the world has to offer. This place has great tasting pizza. The service? ehhh... not the best, but who cares, once you taste that combo of crust, sauce and cheese!!! I would recommend this pizza place - its my first choice in Wilmington. But dont go there for the ambiance or the service, go there for the food.

The food is always fantastic! Better yet, the delivery person Chris was so amazingly gracious and good mannered. Our pizza ordered on a Tuesday night was delivered very quickly. It seems that some of these folks ordering pizza at the last minute at a busy time thinking that it will be delivered by a drone within 20 minutes; think about it, they are having to actually make a pizza from scratch, pack it up, and drive it over to you....order ahead if you want amazing food!

worst service ever experienced in Wilmington, cant even get the order right (5 items!). They claim to be from Brooklyn, my guess is Ciudad Juárez. flavors are more Mexican than Italian. The Pizza was runny, the dough undercooked. Im a New Yorker, so take my word for it. Called to complain, they blew me off. If you go eat here, bring some Zantac, 5 Yechs. If you real NY pizza in Wilmington, go to I LOVE NY PIZZA on Front St. 5 Stars for them*****

Confused as to why this place has good reviews. I ordered 50$ worth of food, much of which I threw out. The focaccia sandwich was disgusting. The pasta was equally as bad, frankly Ragu tomato sauce would have been a better option. Lastly, only half the pizza was tolerable. The other half was margherita, which was completely covered in basil to the point you could not taste any of the other ingredients.

The pizza was amazing. We got the speciality with 7 toppings. The crust was excellent and the veggies were cooked perfect. You can tell they use fresh veggies. When we ordered the pizza they said it would take over an hour but only took 45 mins. They brought paper plates and napkins and the pizza was piping hot. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was told that they were so busy they didnt need my $50. I had asked if I could get a steak sandwich on some lettuce instead of a bun as I have celiac, I was told sure it would be 7.95 for the sandwich and then 6.00 for the salad, but they really had no interest because they didnt need me as a customer.

Most of the times, their pizza is very good, say 8.5/9 out of 10. It is very close to pizzas available in NY City area. We havent found any better pizza in and around Wilmington,NC. And weve lived in Metro NY area for 35+ years before moving to Hampstead,NC.

Very casual atmosphere, tables available but you order at the counter - no wait staff. Outstanding NY style pizza and pasta dishes. Popular pizza take-out and delivery. Genuine, this is the real deal, true Brooklyn pizza!

I ordered the fresh mozzarella pizza. I ended up with a pizza COVERED in tomato chunks and basil. The crust was hard too. We wont be ordering there again. I wish we just saved the $$ and ordered papa johns.
