My family is so disappointed tonight to consider severing our longstanding patronage of this Baskin Robbins. We go here 1-3 times a week after dinner for treats but may have to reconsider the way we were treated tonight. My wife ordered a Chocolate Blast, we get them often. A guy made it, an male adult who seemed to have some authority. I tasted it right away, it wasnt right. I asked my daughter to taste it, she said "yuck," and described the drink as watery and thin. It was either made with too much ice, not enough ice cream, or something but I the drink often and its not supposed to be watery. I asked a kid behind the counter to remake it and he said sure, and I handed it to him. I suggested he taste it, and he did (later I learned hes not supposed to do that) with a spoon and he said "yeah, its a weak chocolatey taste, Ill go ahead and remake it for you." Just as he was preparing to do that the older man with the buzz cut who we assume was in charge came out and the employee told him he was going to remake it. The manager insisted he made it to the recipe and wouldnt remake it. He wouldnt let the is remake it. The kid told him he tasted it and it was bad and the kid got in trouble. The drink Tasted. Like. Water. He refunded my money, but wouldnt make me a better shake. This is the worst service Ive ever received at a Baskin Robbins and Ive always been a fan. I was disappointed because I went out to get the shake for my spouse who just had surgery and is having trouble chewing or opening his mouth wide and could also use some calories about now and I had to return home without it. The ice cream is alright. It certainly doesnt taste premium. Id much rather suggest one go to Kilwins downtown. The service has been indifferent the last 2 times Ive been here with my girlfriend. Its almost like they didnt care or were bothered by our presence. Ill go to TCBY across the street from now on when I dont want to go all the way downtown for frozen dairy desserts. Original post june2016.. update July 2017. It has changed ownership at least twice in that time. I have given this place several chances at redemption. No more! The service was horrible and rude and the place was literally falling apart. The two ladies behind the counter seemed bothered that our party and the few after us were disappointed by the lack of waffle cones. Their attitudes were bad throughout the transactions. The ceiling tiles were falling in and there was a constant and steady drip of water in the middle of the parlor. Pics below. It should have been fixed immediately. It presented a safety and health hazard. The trash cans catching the constant streams of water were full of trash as well. If this is how they handle this problem how can you trust them to handle other health and safety matters.

Ice cream is OK. Not premium by any means. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked about a waffle cone, she stated no. She did not offer the waffle bowl or waffle dipped in chocolate, which they had both. The building itself was disgusting. Tiles missing from the ceiling where water was drizzling through. They had a trash can under the drizzle. The trash can was filled with nasty water soaked trash. This place was very unsanitary and unsafe.

Hard to tell if this place is any good or not when they close before their posted closing time. I arrived at 9:38pm and the place was COMPLETELY shut down, not a soul in sight. Ill bet the owners wouldnt be very happy about that if they knew about that..... Will probably be just as unhappy to know that they lost a customer, permanently, and Ill be sure to tell others as well.....

Good ice cream thats tastes like Baskin Robbins always has which is a good thing. Parking isnt the greatest and the inside seating area is about 8 people comfortably with 2-3 tables outside on the sidewalk.
