This is the best sushi you can get away from the coast. I would happily get fat eating it - and that would take a lot of sushi! ;) The kitchen menu is also amazing, some of the best pad thai Ive ever had! You get great portions, and the prices are reasonable. Janet is a wonderful woman who is happy to get to know her guests, and personally works hard to make sure everyone has a good experience. We love her, we love Saki Sushi!!!

The website said Open @ 4. Went in at 4:15. Waitress was distraught. Told us that she was alone that if we intended to stay wed have to wait and we would have to order sushi. She said cook hadnt shown up and something about being up until 5am the night before? ... Horribly Disappointing. I think theyre on their way to going out of business.

The owner is an awesome Sushi Chef with very high standards for her ingredients and has the artistry and skill to make mouth watering food. Good things come to those who wait, so order some Nigori Unfiltered Saki, sit back, relax, and enjoy some conversation while you wait for your order. I make new friends every time I visit this place.

My family and I arrived at 4:20 pm today and were treated very rudely by an Asian woman that burst out of the kitchen yelling "its going to be a long time". Well, it will be a very long time before we ever come back and unfortunately this was our first visit to your restaurant.

So excited Saki Sushi is back! Now better than ever before with high quality authentic Asian food! The service was excellent and the food was unbelievable! I highly recommend the beef udon and dumplings! Mmmmm! Everyone bring your friends and family, you HAVE to try it!

What a hidden gem in Waynesville.....the ginger dressing on salad was best I have ever had and the hot and sour soup was too! The sushi is a little pricey but very good. Would definitely recommend. Also, udon noodle bowl was hot and super yummy!

Great Thai, Japanese and classic Chinese take-out menu items! Pad See Ew, Gyoza dumplings, Lo Mein! As for sushi, the pulled crabstick salad && the specialty rolls are fantastic!
