5 stars for all the food and deserts I GIVE THEM THERE OWN STARS stars for the cook and the food preper and the order taker. Cook GETS 3 STARS 50% of the time messes up ur SIMPLE ORDER or all the time REHEATING OLD FOOD. EX.. FIRES The front line crew member who takes ur order GETS 2 STARS( whom you always have them read it back to you to make sure its right. ( WHICH ON THE SCREEN & UR RECIPT ITS RIGHT) but when you finally get ur food its messed up. AND FOR THE PREP COOK / BUN AND TOPPINGS AND WRAPPING GIRL GUY GETS 1.5 STARS .. THIS IS THE THING I HATE ABOUT FAST FOOD PLACE AND WHY I DONT EAT THERE. BUT SONIC NO NO ITS NO FAST FOOD OR CHEAP FOOD. SO TELL MY WHY EXAMPLE. . U SAY NO ONION , EXTRA PICKLE AND ADD CHEESE . YOU GET ONIONS 3 PICKELS AND NO CHEESE OR ANOTHER ASK FOR EXTRA MAYO EXTRA PICKELS .... YOU GET A CUP OF MAYO ON A HANDFUL OF PICKELS 10-15 . AND THEN THE BUNS A SOGGY, FOOD IS THROWN INTO A BOX OR WRAPPING AND NO EVEN ASSEMBLED YOU HAVE TO PUT UR FOOD TOGETHER TO EAT IT. HA HA AND THEY WANT 15.00 PER HOUR..

Was in a hurry and decided i would run through drive thru and ordered 6 slushies from here today, 2 large and 4 small (for kids). Pulled to the window where i vould see them made and waiting for me. 2 were the wrong flavor, girl in the window realized before handing them to me and asked another girl to make the right flavor. The girl helping grabbed 2 cups and proceeded to make the wrong flavor again. Girl at window noticed and said something to her and they begin to laugh as they set it on counter and grabbed 2 more cups to make a third attempt of what seemed so difficult to them. She comes to the window with the right flavor but 2 different sizes. Ughh...told her can i have the medium size put in a small because it is for a child and i cant give 3 of them a small and 1 a bigger size. She looked confused but turned and did it and handed me a cup with a broken piece out the top and leaking. Just took it and left and all of them dont taste like slushes. Train staff better and pick up the speed

We visited at 1:30PM on a Sunday. We were in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes, because they didnt have the first car causing the delay, pull forward or even into an empty drive in bay. Eventually they started "hopping" food out, as all the orders for the other six cars were piling up on the counter inside. We watched them make our banana split, and let it sit up against hot chili tots for five minutes. Sorry I have no desire to drink my banana split. Rather than offer to remake it, she removed it from the bill. We left, only to discover they forgot part of the order. For this location, this is their standard of service. Rather than ever correct the problems with adequate training of staff, or better procedures, they will give a token for a pop or remake your food. Neither are cost effective for a business. FAIL!!! Ill go back to Dairy Queen from now on, Sonic has screwed up one too many times.

Tonight was the worst service ever at Sonic . I repeated my order to the young lady twice. I asked were the shakes still half off she replied yes. Maybe I should of repeated it a third time. Then she said your hopper will be right out..We were at the drive thru.When I arrived at the window the gentleman said that will be$16.00. They were all half off shakes he corrected the order to $8.00. Then I asked him after looking at my receipt why it is there a banana split on my order we didnt order that.Even after I told him that I still recieved a banana split shake. Managers train your employees and always cover your heavy volume hours. It is getting warm outside and everyone comes after 8:00 for the 1/2 off deals.I wont go there again.

We were in Saturday July 8th at about 8:30 pm. We had a large order and they messed it up pretty bad. When we asked to see the receipt before they ran our card because it seemed more expensive, they claim they needed it. Well after running our card they give us a receipt and we realized that they gave us 2 of the most expensive cheeseburgers instead of the ones on the value menu that we ordered, an extra shake we never ordered, the wrong size mozz sticks and wrong size slushie. When we mentioned it, the employee said "oh sorry" and walked away. I would of complained to the manager, but we had a car full of kids. I just wont ever go back to this location.

And once again I am sitting here in the drive thru saying this is the LAST time I am coming here. My wait time today in the drive thru is currently at 16min for a simple slush and only 2 cars are in front of me....this happens EVERYTIME and I will not come back I PROMISE. Management is terrible and the workers are in no rush to get people in and out. Reading the other reviews this seems to be the "normal" thing. Well, still sitting in line but I managed to finish this less than stellar review!! Good luck.to the people in line behind me, hope you packed an over night bag while waiting for your food!

Great food but the menu is huge. The drinks are where its at. Many variety of slushes, add ins like flavor and candies. they just do fast food right, whether you go through the drive thru or use one of the servers that come to your car. I was slightly disappointed that my chicken sandwich had lettuce on it and I asked for it not to be; however, its wasnt a pain to remove. chicken sandwiches, corn dogs, wings, the chili cheese tater tots, I can eat here all day.

If youre thinking about coming here, dont. I have been there 3 times this month, and each time "the shake machine is down". Why else would I be coming to sonic? The food here is terrible most of the time, so the real only good thing is shakes. Too bad the shake machine is never working when I go. Im done with this place honestly. Everyone who works the drive through seems like they never graduated high school. Its just an overall bad experience here.

I went there and for the second time they messed up my whole order had to wait 15 min for my food and all I seen was people standing around I worked there a few years back and employees had to stay busy and everyone had to help one another new management or someone has really made this place look bad and now my custard concrete is melted bec I had to write this review so thank u sonic for ruining my day bec now Im just pist so thanks

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Apparently getting what you order here is something of a joke. All I wanted was a plain double cheeseburger. It comes with everything on it. Round 2 thru the drive thru and I get a plain single??? You go to correct an order and get it wrong again? Looks intentional to me. Didnt dare have it corrected yet again for fear of even further disrespect in the form of my food being spit in.
