We have a server who we usually get when we go there. She is quick and reliable. She can get your order of drinks to you and take your order. Some of the other servers, slow. Theyll take your drink order then go over to another table and do this or that. So you are waiting for your drinks. Then when they come, this one will deliver your drinks and says "Ill be right back". Which meant like 10 minutes later. The regular servers who have been there for awhile, awesome and quick. The newer servers might get better, they seem friendly enough. They need to fix some of the tables and booth seats. It seemed like most of the tables wobble and some of the booth seats have rips in them.

I went to the pizza hut to pick up my order and was told by a young girl that there was no order by that name - I attempted to tell her that I had been ordering online carryout for over two years, but she interrupted me and said they have no control over the internet, and closed the window. There was no attempt to offer any assistance to correct the issue. I will do business elsewhere in the future. So much for customer service. I will be sure and pass along my experience to everyone I know.

Ordered quite a few times. First 3 or 4 times took over an hr then they didnt have extera items I paid for and asked if I really needed them... then never brought them back out. Then they lied to me and said he took 50 percent off but didnt. Other time the delivery chick looked like a meth head. Not appetizing need more delivery options here

This was unanimously voted the best Pizza Hut pizza we ever have had. It arrived at our hotel quicker than they had told us. It was hot and the crust on the thin crust was perfectly cooked. We wish we were not just travelling thru.

Customer service very nice helpful. Cheese sticks were great. Supreme pizza not so good took 2 pieces out throw it all away. Last time at the live oak pizza hut.
