Really excellent. The food is closer to a 4.5, but the tea was wonderful (which really does make a difference), and the atmosphere was lovely. I had the Pad Ke Now (or Mow, whichever is on the menu) with shrimp, and a Jasmine tea. The entree was very good. Contra an earlier review, the portions were more than ample. I might have expected a bit more shrimp, but I didnt miss it: the onions and peppers were extremely flavorful and stole the show. My only gripe is that their "Thai hot" option was not quite as hot as I would have liked. They provided a shaker of chili flakes, which are very flavorful but still not quite hot enough. That said, I like my food extremely spicy and feel a bit let down if I can finish a spicy dish without taking a break. If you do not regularly eat spicy food, steer clear of "Thai hot"; if youre worried "Thai hot" wont be spicy enough, make sure to ask for a shaker of chili flakes.

I like this place, but in truth it is merely because it is one of the only local restaurants that serves Thai curry. Thai Orchid in downtown Asheville is of a far superior quality and I believe that it has everything to do with the chefs. I have been disappointed on no less than 4 visits to the Blossom, but I have never had a bad curry at Thai Orchid. That being said, the staff at Blossom is phenomenal and I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to try Thai cuisine for the first time. If you are a seasoned foodie and wish to dine more authentically, try one of the many establishments near Pack Square. What is truly lacking at Blossom is consistency in the flavor of the curries as well as the quality of the protein. The fried rice is pretty darn good though. :-)

Food and service are both consistently top notch. The restaurant is newly re-decorated and the new owners have done a fantastic job creating an Asian-inspired ambience. This restaurant is in a great location smack in the middle of downtown Waynesville. Julie, Shelly, Crystal and the other staff are very accommodating and make the visit a pleasure. Of course, a restaurant cant survive without good food and Blossom on Main certainly doesnt disappoint with their delicious Thai food. Fresh vegetables, generous servings of meat and delicious sauces come hot to your table, fresh out of the wok. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Waynesville and I look forward to a weekly visit, if not more!

Had the thai-hot Tom Kha Gai as well as the thai-hot Laab (although I think it was billed as a "steak salad"). Attractive "fusiony" interior - very attentive and friendly service - delicious meal overall. Topped it off with a to-go Thai Iced Tea.

We stopped at this restaurant on a long car ride, and it was a great place to stop and enjoy a delicious meal. My daughter is a vegetarian, and they prepared a special meal just for her because what she wanted had fish sauce. I ordered the chicken red curry and it was just as spicy as I had requested. Our friend, who has never been to a Thai restraunt, ordered the beef salad and loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and beautiful, and restrooms were clean. Our waitress, Joannie B , was one of the nicest and most caring waitresses ever. If I could give this restraunt 55 stars, I would. This was a great restraunt.

I have had Thai food at restaurants all over and at all levels from San Francisco to Atlanta. This ranks quite nicely with those. The duck and Thai steak dishes are worth every penny! I liked the old owner and the new staff as well. My wife and I have been shown every courtesy all of the many times we have visited there. Julie and the staff always seem genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the evening; even to the point of rushing our order to allow us to make a show time. Cant imagine any pleasant person not enjoying their visit there!

There are so many restaurants that are better in Waynesville. The service here is horrible. If you order an appetizer you may or may not get it. If you do get it, it could come at any time. The servings are minimal for the price. It was so much better with the previous owner. The new owners do not care what kind of experience you have at their restaurant as long as you keep coming back. I WONT.

Not much selection for vegetarians...fish sauce in all curries, the peanut dressing for the house salad tastes like puke! We paid over 30$ for a house salad, edamame, and 2 kids plates with a tiny portion of brown rice and 5 little pieces of plain, unseasoned tofu. I feel ripped off, hungry, and a little query from the likely peanut dressing!

Really great food and friendly service. Call me a skeptic but I wasnt expecting much from a Thai restaurant in Waynesville, NC. The food was flavorful, had what were obviously top quality ingredients, and the staff was very prompt and friendly. The décor was a comfortable fusion of modern, mountain, and Asian. Looking forward to going back.

Everything Ive gotten here has been delicious. I love the crab rangoons and the curry puffs. Ive never had a problem filling up for the price (good food costs money) ... but if you want something really filling Id recommend the Pad Thai. My coworker had a small problem with his food and they went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

I had Thai food at a lot of places.. But loved the food here. The best spring rolls I ever had. Pad Thai And fried rice are to die for..... I am visiting again when I am around. Good ambience and great staff. We stumbled here looking for another restuarant and absolutely loved it. We visited a few months ago.

This place was delicious!! We went for our anniversary and were not disappointed. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxing. We had a view of the mountains, albeit a little blocked by the bank across the street but it was still beautiful. The decor was amazing as well. Worth being checked out.

The best place to eat in Waynesville !! Everything on the menu is delish, the service is great and we would eat there everyday if we could. My husband and I are on a very healthy diet and we can eat anything that is on the menu. Generous portions and caring staff. Our favorite place by far..

Excellent food - my favorite dish is the Pad Ke Mow. Ive been going here for years - its switched hands a few times. These guys that own it now are doing a great job. Specifically the food quality and portions are back the way us locals are used to. Great job guys keep up the good work!!

We tried red curry pork and green curry chicken. Both dishes we selected hot on spices. And had pot stickers and crab Rangoon as appetizers. Every thing was simply out of this world rich and delicious. A surprisingly sophisticated find this far from the teeming metropolis.

We really enjoyed this place! The food was fantastic! My wife loved the Pad Thai and the Spicy Vegetables with chicken and brown rice was perfect for me. They even serve local beers! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was terrific! Well definitely go back!
