My office went to The Patio for a birthday lunch. We are a local group of 8. When the first person ordered, the price was more than listed on the menu. When confronted about this, the waiter indicated that they are in "the process" of updating their menu, and "some" of their prices had changed. Apparently, ALL of the prices had changed, and significantly. Most things were $1.00 or more higher than listed price. None of us who paid cash were given receipts for our food. The food was brought promptly enough, but one of the women had ordered a salad along with her quiche. This was not delivered. When she asked about it, the waiter advised he would bring it, but in a few minutes, the manager came out and said "I heard there was a question". When we told her about the salad, she seemed ready to dispute that this was what was paid for, but eventually, they did come out with a salad as ordered. I ordered the Roast Beef Melt. The sandwich was small, and the onions were not grilled, as advertised, but raw. I dont care for raw onions. In short, we feel that this restaurant misrepresented itself on its menu without apology. As locals, we like to patronize local establishments. This one proved pretty disappointing.

Nice outside seating area, hence the name. They have a great selection and good portion sizes. We went as a group of six. Five of our meals came out and were almost completely consumed before we were able to get our sixth order. We went inside twice asking for the missing meal after seeing the people behind us in line, a large family, being served their entire order. After retrieving the meal ourselves, a server brings out the same meal minutes later. Not sure what the mix up was, but the wait for a grilled cheese and cup of soup was unacceptably long. Other than that, service was polite and well priced.

Great pet-friendly option in Waynesville. Lots of healthy, fresh options. The patio outside is great for dogs, but be aware the outdoor area attracts quite a bit of flies! Been here often and is always great - deducting one star because the last time there was hair in my wrap :( I pulled it out and chalked it up to maybe it was my own hair that fell in. But then there was another one in the second half of my wrap, buried a bit deeper so I know it wasnt mine. Fairly sure thats an anomaly as Ive never had any other issues as this place. Overall a great little spot!

I frequently visit the Patio Bistro for lunch, every time I am greeted with hospitality and it feels like a very professional food environment. I usually order the spinach quiche with soup, my meal is always great quality, fresh and delicious! I never have a problem with the service and the prices are very reasonable. As a health conscious person I feel comfortable knowing that the food is natural and fresh without all the grease and harmful additives that fast food is compromised of. I will continue to chose the Patio as one of my favorite lunch time spots!

Horrible. Today they served us wilted slimy lettuce that the workers tried to blame on sandwich being toasted which was not the case because the other sandwich was toasted and lettuce was fine. Cantaloupe was rotten, rancid. When brought to their attention so they would not serve to anyone else she got very defensive. Will not spend our money hear again. Yucky!!!!

So delicious!! Wonderful healthy options. Loved we could relax on the patio with our fur babies. Loved they had a water cart on patio that even offered dog bowls to give your pup water in.

Eat here all the time. The food is high quality, home made from scratch. I simply really enjoy a regular homemade food; especially the soups, quiches, salads, sandwiches. Its all good!
