Food was okay, though a bit greasy for me, but my partner was okay with his. Now the service from Susie...where to start? Asked for water, no ice, and coffee. Got water with ice and no cream for the coffee. Asked for cream. No cream. Got it ourselves and just tolerated the ice. Waitress was complaining that no one in Haywood county wants to work and that she worked last night too. We ordered our food. I asked if I could get jalapenos instead of onions in my omlette and she harshly said "no", it would cost extra. Ordered omlette, no onion, light on cheese. Asked if they had hot sauce and she said they did. The same waitress returned about three minutes later and asked if we had ordered our food! Obviously she hadnt even looked at us. Got my onlette and it had onions and normal cheese. Got up and got my own hot sauce. My partner had ordered waffle and got french toast. The waitress did leave us the french toast at no charge but he had to wait for the waffle. I asked for a water refill, no more ice. She got a cup of ice and water and poured it in front of me, then refilled other customers water from a pitcher without ice. She did refill the coffee without us asking. The whole experience was very odd.

We stopped in after being told by a waitress at Waffle House that Huddle House would be faster and better service. The waitress was very friendly and on top of things. The cook however was eating I guess "taste testing" the food he was cooking. Which happen to be my husbands. Very nasty. The waitress offered to give us a 25% discount if we would stay... We couldnt have ate the food if it were free after watching the cook put his fingers in his mouth! Very disappointed that at 12 am we couldnt get a meal at Waffle or Huddle house in a town we love and visit so often.

I love Huddle House, but avoid this one. Staff are overwhelmed and do not pay attention to their customers. They want customers in and out. Never offer desert. They offer drink refills, then fail to bring them multiple times. Huddle House in Asheville is so much better.

Food is pretty good. Depends on cook and time of day. Best sausage gravy around!. Im a breakfast-lover any time of day so thats one reason I go there but its right next to Walmart so I go by after shopping for take-out. People are always friendly.

We ate there last night. Food took to long to come out and the servers did not wash their hands one time!! Going from dirty plates to taking food to a table. Me n my friend both got sick after eating here!! Waste of money n nasty people!!!!
