Worst Cicis Ive ever been to. First off, the ceiling was leaking all over the floor, and they had a bucket picking up the water. The floor in certain places was flooded. The restrooms had urine all over the floor. The pizza was tough. The salads werent being stocked. They were out of ranch, and didnt refill it at all. Walked in behind another group, and we all waited for 10 minutes before anyone even came to ring us up. A girl had to go ask someone to ring us up, and to make it worse the manager wouldnt do it, he walked back and asked someone else! We finally got rang up, had to pay 5.89 for the buffet, plus a dollar something for the drinks. Rediculous! Love the branch, hate this location. The health department would have a GREAT time in there!!! Both me and my husband got sick after eating at this location to make matters worse.

Cicis is just cheap pizza. Thats not my complaint though! This restaurant is so DIRTY! I dont get how the employees just let it go. I see ONE person working the floor cleaning on a Saturday night. Why dont they have a few more?? Im starring at 2 employees in the kitchen throwing paper balls in the trash while another 2 are just chit chatting. All while just one employee is working hard to clean. The floors are filled with napkins and crums, and the buffet counter is DISGUSTING. Grease and crums all over. But yet not even the employees in the kitchen who see it every time they place a pizza, care to clean it. How they even manage to get a 92 health inspection score (although the lowest Ive seen in any place) is beyond me. Should honestly be even lower.

Nice environment when they arent busy. This is the only location I know of and they seem to be packed full every time I have been. There pizza is good whenever I go I make sure to get my moneys worth. I skip out on the salad because it isnt the best. I used to like their Alfredo pasta but they have stopped having Alfredo sauce and just serve a Italian red sauce. Their desserts I have loved since I first started eating at CiCis the apple strudel pizza!! That is my favorite, they have added cheese cake pizza to that and it is amazing. The brownies and sticky buns I pass on they could do better. The cleanliness is moderate. I believe they could spend a little more time on that. But overall I recommend it for a nice night out with your family.

The guy working the register had a VERY BAD COLD he kept picking his nose while still working the prep area. I told the manager on duty and she never pulled him off his station. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS I sat where I could watch him and he continued whipping his nose with his sleeve and pinching the snot with his fingers. YUCK YUCK . I will never and I mean never return!!!!!! I should have all for a refund however He didnt work the pizza area. SO DISGUSTING

Been coming here for years, its pretty much the best value in town and the food is consistently good - but as others have said they are letting themselves down lately by not keeping the place clean. Customers should not have to clean tables and seats themselves, but it has been increasingly necessary. Management: please fix this or you will lose business.

If youve never been to Cicis, its a pizza buffet with salad and pasta as well. For dessert, they have a brownie and other sugary treats :) If here is something you really like thats not on the buffet, ask them and they will make it for you! For around $7 with a soda, you cannot beat the price either.

It was so sloppy and dirty. Then the guy that was working the register was just throwing the salad bar food in and picking up with his bare hands.. the assistant manager had nasty attitude also.. then they tried to tell us they couldnt refund us our money.. but it got done!!! I will NEVER EVER RETURN!!!

The pizza and the prices are good, but there isnt much of a variety of pizza, and the employees dont seem to car much about cleanliness. I saw an employee wiping the counter off with a rag, she dropped the rag onto the floor and then picked it back up and continued to wipe off the counters.

You get what you pay for. The food was okay, but it was overall just dirty. This chain in general could benefit from paying a bit more attention to cleanliness and quality of product. I would have been willing to pay more for a better experience. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

The food is decent for what you are getting. My time there has always been with my two boys so that is what I equate the experience with. It was always worth going to watch them happy, so for kids...great place. For adults...dont expect much more than what you are paying for.

Dirty. Food on the floor, on the chairs, left on tables, etc. A general lack of cleanness says a lot of this place. Not cheap, you would be better off going to Wendys (it will be less expensive). This was my second time and my last. Note to management: where are you?

A employee by the name Bayli was very rude to my 5 year old daughter . The pizza was old & hard . Weve ate here every since this location opened . Always satisfied until tonight !! We will never come back to this location !! Customer service should always be #1 ! !!

This Cicis pizza is amazing! Cashier was friendly the staff was friendly. When i order a special pizza it was deliver promptly, fresh, and it was delicious... I will definitely recommend this Cicis cause the pizzas are fill with extra cheese and toppings...loving it.

The restaurant was disgusting and one of the staff announced how students is we all were because we were Americans and thought we could get away with anything. The bathroom had profanity written all over it! Never coming back!!

Respectable environment if children in your party. Experienced a couple employees that didnt seem to be customer service oriented completely. Food quality was good though and have no qualms with returning.

Roaches... Need I say more??? Oh, and no refund when we picked up and left because of the roaches. The manager said he couldnt because we had thrown away our receipt. Will never go back there.

Pizza is certainly for the kids. It tastes okay. The dining room is noisy. The arcade is small. The whole thing does not cost much. The desserts are awful.

Prices went up...not $5 and change anymore....more like $8 and change for an adult. Food still pretty good...nice and hot, plenty of options

Even though it says on the national website that CiCi Bucks are available, the local store does not have them. I was very disappointed.
