I was visiting this area from New York, first time here and man was I pissed. How do I ask for a LRG Mac and Chesse and end up with a LRG Coleslaw.... No spoons, forks, ketchup, napkins and etc and of course. Im stuck in a hotel room with no transporation so I cant even go back. Need to do much better, have employees double check and triple check if needed.
