This is one of the yummiest sandwich places in Greensboro. The sandwiches are great, the mac-n-cheese is awesome and the shakes are delicious as well. There usually isnt a line for some reason and they are usually quiet. The store is always clean and neat, the staff are friendly, and the restrooms are clean as well. You couldnt get a better hot sandwich or shake in Greensboro! I know they are a chain, but they are a great one, Ive eaten at many across the nation and I have never been disappointed.

Delicious sandwiches. I love the Mediterranean with added chicken and balsamic dressing, but had the new turkey sandwich with basil mayo and roasted peppers and it was just as delightful. Every time we have gone to Pot Bellys there is a promotion or event to raise money for United Way which makes us feel good about eating out. The staff is also always very friendly! I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

I love Potbellys in any city. However, Carter and his team are top notch and always take great care of us. It is our teams favorite lunch hangout because of the amazing food and exceptional service. Thanks Potbellys for the fantastic food! Dr. Hisaw and the Childrens Dentistry of Greensboro team.

Staff was very polite. They opened 10 minutes early to serve us, and did it with a smile. chickpea veggie salad, Mediterranean sandwich: Food was good, fresh, portions large enough to take some home, and priced reasonable. Will definitely be back soon.

Good food at reasonable prices but workers walk around with headphones in not paying attention to orders so they have to be shouted repeatedly. You can tell some workers would rather be doing anything else.
