After a 2 week vacation my husband & I needed our Primanti Bros fix, we usually go Tuesdays or Thursdays for the Family Pizza Feast but decided we needed our fix right now Monday night so we went around 5pm during happy hour 4pm-6pm. We have been coming to the North Versailles Primanti Bros since it first opened, so that being said we have been thru just about every waitress that has worked at the North Versailles Primanti Bros, our waitress Haley last night was the best waitress we have ever had the pleasure of serving us. She came seconds after we sat down & welcomed us, asked us what we would like to drink & informed us of happy hour was going on now. She had our drinks in minutes & asked us if we was ready to order, which we was. So we ordered our usual pizza super big deluxe, dozen of sweet heat wings, & an order if terror tots. As my husband & I was chatting our food was here. Seemed like just minutes or it was just alot faster then we have ever received our order. So as we was eating my husband & I was talking about how awesome this new waitress Haley was & that we was caught of gaurd by how fast, kind, & on top of everything before we knew it she was standing at our table asking how everything was refilling our drinks & asking if the food ok. Which it was delicious as always or we wouldnt keep coming weekly. But any how as we was finishing our food Haley came over asked if we would like boxes & again asked if everything was ok. As she brought us our boxes she handed us a review card & asked if we could please give Primanti Bros a review & the service we received. Which I normally dont do reviews but this time the waitress stood out & the service we recieved from her was outstanding & deserved a review. (NORTH VERSAILLES ) ME and my girl & kids have been coming there for a great while, most of the time food has been good we tried few different selection off the menu, some yeah some naw. We love the feast special! Its cheap fills you up for a great price. NOW I dont know if its new " management " cant blame the workers (my perspective). Over the past few weeks of ordering food once again we ordered the feast to go! Pizza was made all messed crust was sliding down hill around the pizza ya know ... so we goes inside on anothe day to order a sit down in and eat .... same order (the feast ) chicken was not fresh pizza down hill and to top it off the MANAGER was the freaking cook okay !!!!! So he come to the table after saying he was gonna make us fresh pizza, and we tell him about the chicken he say it came out fresh I ask him TO TASTE IT HE SAID """NO"""" AND TOOK IT OFF our table !!?!! Okay he was mad... so I ask for the management. .. the waiter said thats him ????? The cook is the manager and he dont eat no food there but service people with not fresh cooked food. That speak volume right there .... must say Im not used to this from them but I had to give them this review Ill go back to see of it was the crew members or what do ever.... bad night 6.22.17 NORTH VERSAILLES

Never felt the need to write a review, but I gotta speak my mind on this primantis, specifically. This one NEEDS a new evening staff. my girlfriend and I are there around 7pm. Our server, Hailey, consistently got us unsweetened teas when we would ask for sweet . Hailey walked past us 3 times and did not refill our drinks. We waited for an hour for our food to go out on the counter, but Hailey was busy cleaning and reorganizing 3 tables by her self as 3 serves watched and mingled . After an additional 30 minutes ( now an hour and 1/2 waiting ) our food was brought out by someone other than Hailey . Our food was not only burnt but now cold from being on the counter. Now having our only second refill of our not requested unsweetened tea we just wanted our bill. Hailey never moved so fast to get my card. Ive only not riped one other time, this would be my second. Most inconsiderate staff Ive ever seen. Everyone has their bad days, but to hear two tables neighboring us having similar complaints, its clear that it was the staff and management at fault, not just our server. Will not be returning.

First time trying. Im new to pittsburgh. Boyfrind is a native. Happy its open late because the boyfriend gets off work after 10pm. We never get to go out. Resonably priced but service wasnt so great. We loved the fresh cut platter of cheese fries. The cheese sauce was bland and kinda so so for me. I ordered wings but got boneless instead of bone-in and ranch instead of blue cheese. Waitress did not ask if I wanted bone-in and just assumed I wanted boneless which I really do not like. Then she was going to give me 5 wings for 5.89 when they had a special for 8 wings for $5 after 9pm? I just let it go. Next time i will insist. My boyfriend did not care for his pitt burger sandwich. No condiments or cheese on both sandwiches. My corned beef was good but needed mustard (or something/anything? ) and cheese. Waitress was nice enough, but experience overall will make us rethink coming back anytime soon.

The bad experience started with a poor waitress. She seemed to only be concerned with flirting with a table of young guys. After waiting a half an hour after our order, the waitress told us that the chicken sandwich that was ordered was the reason for the delay. They ran out and was waiting on some from another store. Meanwhile, the other food sat there under the heat lamps. We had to beg to get drink refills. In the end, she brought our check, and threw it on the table. It came real close to falling off. If it had, I would have had to involve the manager. Not the norm, but a two hour process for four sandwiches.

As many others have detailed, the service at this particular primantis is terrible. I asked for a beer list which it says on their menu to ask for. They were unable to provide one or list the beer that they had available. The servers response to this was "we arent the best primantis"... No kidding... The rest of the experience was similar. Before you guys ask for me to send a Facebook message to address this, I do not have face book. I think the better move would be to look farther into this location as it is obviously not a good one.

If you want the real yinzer experience go to the one on the Strip in North side or as the locals say "Nore-syde". Its good but it dont beat the real thing. As a out of towner this branch is ok but the hole in the wall friendly staffed dinner style is sooo much better. I was really glad my girlfriend (a native born yinzer) took me to that place. Also beer is a little pricey here most I ever paid for a Angry Orchid
