Firehouse is a long time favorite of mine. Have no complaints on the store or service today. Just something was different. Visited tonight and received my sub in a box. Opened it as soon as I walked to my car. Sub had slid apart in just that short distance. In my opinion the subs should still be wrapped up to help aid with the sandwich staying together. Also pretty sure those boxes increased food cost. And for what? Tonight was the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten in the years of eating firehouse.

This is my go to place when I want a good sub, friendly service and a nice clean atmosphere. The sub is always hot, fresh, with a good amount of meat and vegetables. They also have a wide varieties of hot sauce and a selection of different subs.

Got the Hero sub, the roast beef was hard and overcooked and the bread was completely wet and soggy.. I love firehouse subs.. But for this one to have just recently opened, I was pretty disappointed in my $8 sub
