I am beyond upset right now. It says it closes at 11:30 today and I ordered at 10:48 and the lady took my order and tried to rush me off the phone. She did not even tell me how long of a wait it would be after taking my information. I called at 11:30 after still not receiving my food and got no response. I have called three times since then and no one has responded because now it is 12:10 and I still have no food. I gave them my number and was not notified at all. They have charged my card and I did not receive any food and can not find any number online for a headquarters to call.....I received a call as I was writing this and the delivery guy came with my food but 1. it was 12:30, 2. He was at the wrong dorm then what I had said and had the nerve to yell at me on the phone saying he was outside, and 3. when he pulled up he honked the horn at me twice as I was already walking out and then demanded to see my card in a rude tone. He topped it off with tossing my food to me and swerving off! I am disturbed by this behavior. If I had not paid by card I would not have paid. If anyone knows how you can get a refund please let me know. This was highly unacceptable....There is a hair in my food!

I had a horrible experience today. I ordered what I always do 20 chicken wings, lg pork fried rice, lg broccoli in brown sauce n a lg shrimp lo Mien. The shrimp lo mien n the pork fried rice had a funny order . I thought it was just me, but when my husband sat down to eat, he also sad it smelled funny. I called them back to make them aware. The person answering the phone, says the mngr was on their way n would call me back. Two hours went by so I called. The mngr never even came to the phone to acknowledge my concerns. Never even told the young lady answering the phone to apologize for my experience or offer me anything in return. That alone left an even worst taste in my mouth. That will never get another penny from me. And everyone I know who goes their, I will tell my story. Guess Ill be going back to China Best, they are great

The food gets here pretty quick.When I first ordered from them in June,I was amazed at the amount of food we got.Since then,I have ordered twice more and the food amount and quality has quickly went downhill.This last time,I ordered Shrimp with Broccoli and in that entire container,there were only 4 shrimp.Should have been called Broccoli and Tiny Taste Of Shrimp.Today,because my son wanted Chinese so bad,I called to place my order.We called 7 times and each time,they would pick up and immediately hang up.Really?! And I tip Really good.Anyone know of another Chinese restaurant near Cone Blvd.that delivers??

Well I used to like this place but lately all they do is mess things up. They didnt send the sweet and sour sauce with my sweet and sour chicken. When I asked if they could please send fresh food since it had been at least 20-30 minutes waiting on sauce. Mind you I had no problem returning the other plate since I had not ate any of it. There response was I will send someone to pick the food up and refund half your money. They do not care about there customers one bit and show it with there attitude. I wouldnt have even given them a star if I didnt have to in order to write this!

TERRIBLE customer service. The lady that answers the phone is very rude & will hang up on you. I was asking about delivery & her response was that they werent today which was fine. I was about to order anyway & just pick it up but she hung up before I could even say that. This was not the first time either. I even called back & asked for a manager so I could complain. Her response was that he comes in & out. Smh what kind of answer is that?? The food is good but dont expect good or even acceptable customer service.

been goin to them since i moved to nc in 2011 but as of recent they have younger people working there that are horrible on the phone and in person taking orders. they have TERRIBLE attitudes and on top of all that got nerve to get the order wrong. they take about 40 minutes to deliver and then the delivery person normally forgets the drink. which is another 20 minute wait.. ugh! And has the nerve to expect a tip. food is not that good to deal with all that.

They will give you cold Nasty soggy oily food! ordered here numerous times and they always delivered cold nasty food. Also they lied saying theyd been at my door knocking for ten to fifteen minutes. He lied and I called the front desk lady and she said he will come back and deliver my already cold food that I been waiting for; for over an hour. Mind you they didnt offer a fresh order. You will be out of business shortly.

I ordered two chicken wing dinners and the cashier thought it was funny, I mean since when did they let African American people work at a Chinese place anyway. They made fun of the order the whole time I was there. The male that was sweeping the floor out at the front had to tell them to stop cause he saw I was getting agitated, never will I eat there again. Whats so funny about food?

The food is great and abundant for the price. As a college student at NC A&T they have gotten a good portion of my tuition, but they receive such a low rating because they take FOREVER to deliver. Ive had to cancel an order when it was going on 2 hours and I still hadnt received my food. It normally takes over an hour, but not 2. Great food, but extremely poor delivery service.

ITS HAIR ON ALL THE CHICKEN WINGS , WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD AND PAY BY DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD , YOU GIVE THEM ALL YOU INFO ON THE PHONE THEY OVER CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DONT GET A TOTAL BEFORE HE COME TO YOUR HOUSE , THEY TAKE SO LONG GETTING TO YOU , DONT EVER EAT AT Grand China BESIDE RENT-A-CENTER ROSES SHOPPING CENTER ON CONE BLVE.

I rated it a one star Bc you cant rate lower. This was the worst food Ive ever had in my life. The sweet and sour chicken was a hard as a rock the lo main smelled like fish and the egg rolls had like gook in them. we took one bite and threw it in the trash. That was $30 down the drain! Do yourself a favor NEVER order here.

I ordered 20 wings, boneless spare ribs, and shrimp fried rice w/ broccoli... The food was terrible. The boneless spare ribs tasted old and flavorless, even the meat that was in the sauce. The shrimp fried rice was very plain (flavorless) and lastly, the chicken.... Flavorless! Customer service was decent.

Ordered food to work, waited an hour and called. They dont deliver to my work, which they didnt feel the need to tell me when I called or when they realized I was out of range. Then when I went to pick up the food, they tried to give me the hour old food they had made but didnt deliver. Crazy people.
