I wish there was an option to give no stars! We ordered food from them for dinner and it was awful. The only good things I can say is that their delivery time was speedy and the egg rolls were good. We got our food and everything was overcooked. The sesame chicken was hard as a rock and very stringy (I am not sure if was chicken!), the crab rangoon was not edible (except the center part once you got the overcooked outside crust off) and the boneless ribs were a pile of fat basically. My children ordered beef and brocolli w/rice to share. The rice was mushy and they had a very small serving of beef and brocolli. About 1/2 of what you typically get. I called them to complain and the owner is not wiling to do anything about it, except give us a free order of crab rangoon next time we order. There wont be a next time. It is not worth another waste of $30. She told me that they do not give refunds and that there is no way our food was overcooked since they cook so much food in one day. Do yourself a favor and find another chinese restaurant worthy of eating at and DO NOT EAT HERE!

Our food was 10 minutes late. They gave us no chopsticks or fortune cookies (standard at every other Chinese restaurant Ive ever eaten at or ordered from). Until today, I had never met a sweet and sour sauce I didnt like. I would have said that was impossible. The consistency and color were completely different than any sweet and sour sauce Ive ever had and it was disgusting. My vegetable lo mein tasted like I had chugged a bottle of soy sauce straight up. It was inedible, and I threw it away after two bites. The white rice was old and crunchy. My husband said his chicken fried rice was okay, but not especially good. It was at least edible. Basically, I just spent $35 on some chicken nuggets without sauce and some "I could have bought this frozen from the grocery store and it would have been tastier" chicken fried rice. A complete waste of money. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I suggest you dont either.

Ok so Im a little pissed off... I actually didnt read the reviews before I order. Lets talk about the food.... I ordered the Szechuan Shrimp with Brown Fried rice. The shrimp were rather over cooked an tasteless, the rice I tried but it was just rice that they put a lil soy sauce in, NO BROWN RICE THAT I WAS CHARGED AN EXTA DOLLAR FOR!!! I called back before my food was delivered to ask if mushrooms were in the food they said yes, I asked if my food could be changed as Im allergic to rooms, they young lady said theyd call the driver an send me out a new order , I waited 15 mins only to call back an hear that the driver has other deliveries to make so I should come in to the restaurant.... Psssh.....An my food was all leaking through the bag an the box my food was in was completely stapled. We ended up throwing the food away. I wont be ordering from here again!!!

Honestly, the first bite of my General Tsos Chicken wasnt terrible, mainly because I was starving. But as the grease spread all over my keyboard, the largely uncooked eggs in the fried rice stuck to my food, and the soggy-as-all-get-out spring rolls dripped everywhere, it started to sink in how awful it was. Then my driver called back about 10 minutes after I received my order to hit on me, which was just downright unprofessional. To top it all off, the after-effects of the food could be lightly described as nausea. The end result? I dont want to go near Chinese food again for a while, and if I do, Ill stick to King House, because this was some of the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of eating. Avoid at all costs if you value your dignity.

I have ordered food from here a couple of times, and it wasnt too bad. My experience last night will result in a call to the Board of Health. I received an order of wonton soup that smelled like cleaning products and tasted the same, possibly it was the container it was in or something. The owner lady was incredibly rude and insisted that i return the soup if I had a problem with it. After explaining that I wasnt driving over there for their problem, she sent a delivery driver. I asked the driver why she was so insistent about getting the soup back and he very plainly told me that she was probably going to just send it to another customer. I am disgusted and concerned about food safety at this establishment.

AIRLINE CREW: DONT EAT HERE! Worst customer service ever! I had food delivered to my hotel. On the phone I told her I wanted spicy food with veggies. I was told the garlic shrimp was just that. It took over an hour to get my food and it was wasted all over the bag. And cold. When I tasted my order, there was no spice and it tasted like honey. I called to say there must be a mistake and the phone call essentially was this lady yelling at me in bad English, telling me I shouldve known what I was ordering and they will not do anything about it. I asked why she was yelling and she said because she has other things to do and hung up in my face.

3/15/2017 Delivery was fast! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! I ordered chicken w mix veg/ shrimp egg roll/chicken lo mein/fried donuts.. Great portions too! My 8 year old was delighted. delivery guy was nice, clean cut and courteous. Thanks for a great experience! (you will need to ask for utensils if you need them..we were at home and had our own). We ordered between 8-9 pm...took maybe 30 min which was fast for where we live. Thanks!

Egg roll was decent. General Tsos chicken was a huge portion. Beef with broccoli likewise huge w/lots of broccoli & beef. White rice was cooked perfectly, not mushy like previous posters. Hot & sour soup rather blah but a little soy sauce helped. This is the same China Express takeout restaurant that used to be on Lawndale in Greensboro, which we always thought was better than average. Guy that answered the phone was real nice.

About 8 months ago we were getting really good food, and ordered often. These last couple of times, the food was overcooked and dried out. We got to very different entrees, but the taste was the same in both. One was supposed to be spicy. Skimping on vegetables too....2 pieces of broccoli in one entree. This used to be our go to for take out. We will be looking elsewhere.

Delivery is not speedy or even adequate. It took over an hour to get my food to me on three separate occasions and I live 5 mins away. The daytime delivery driver has stolen a tip from me on 2 of those occassions. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Only 2 good things came from this place a fast delivery time & the can minute maid. The chicken legs and wings was hard as bricks and overcooked. The rice was decent and the general tso an sesame checking was overcooked and chewy. Oh and they forgot the silverware
