I called a few places to get some lunch delivered, and came across this place. When I asked if they delivered to 29403, the employee who had answered the phone seemed slightly confused about the location. When I explained that the stores zip code was one in the same, she seemed to need reassurance. She put me on hold for a good little bit but thats ok, most Chinese restaurants are like that in the afternoon around here, no biggy. I made my order and when she asked for my address I had to actually answer her with A as in Apple and E as in Eagle. She got my order correct, their delivery was very speedy, it was pretty much the typical price you would expect for the food but I have some issues with it. The large order of sweet and sour chicken was half large pieces and half tiny bits, the actual sauce itself has a strange taste to it, not very sweet nor sour, mildly bitter and has a spice that just makes it very different to what Ive eaten in the past. I did order a large order of house lo mien, this is actually the first time Ive received alot of meat and veggies in a lo mien before but it was rather bland in flavor and the sauce made it appear rather slimy visually. The white rice was a bit dry, most times I get such sticky rice that I have difficulty with it so I was rather happy about the change.I did order a Mountain Dew and was expecting a bottle, not a can, when that arrived it wasnt cold at all, as if they merely pulled it straight from a box and sent it on its merry way. Im not saying this is the best Chinese food I have eaten, nor the worst but it was very different from Panda Palace, sadly they only deliver to West Ashly or I would have called them. This place might have just been having an off day. I will order something different from them next time and report back.

my ranking for these types of places focuses 80% on food quality and value, and 20% on all other areas. ordering was relatively painless, and it took 45 minutes to get to me a mere few blocks away. 15/20%. i ordered 2 wanton soup, large, and one egg roll. egg roll was cold, but tasted exceptionally good once heated. unfortunately the whole reason i ordered, the soup, was neigh worthless. the soup broth along with the wantons were 100% completely bland. i do not believe there was a single dash of seasoning. for comparison, the china wok in summerville has PERFECT wanton soup. one must go out of their way to cause me to not like food. im very easy to please, but if you are serving food, season it at the very least. that soup tasted like dishwater with tasteless wantons. i do not know of the rest of the menu, but i do not have high expectations for it. cost was slightly higher that other similar places. value and taste sections get a 30/80% for these reasons. 2/5 stars.

I have been waiting for over an hour for my food and I still have not gotten it. I called to get my money back bc Im leaving work and she hung up in my face. I called back and she told me that I could not get my money back and the food is on its way and she hung open my face again. Now mind you Im only a mile away from them so it should take no more then 45 mins to reserve my food. This is my first and last time ordering from them. I have now been waiting an hour and 15mins and still no food

Horrribleeeee service!! The lady messed up my order and wouldnt make it right! Not only did she lie about what I ordered she also lied about what time they closed when I said I was bringing the food back and wanted my money back! Very unprofessional!!! Never going back! NEVER!!!!

Overcharged for terrible food! When asked about why the price increased a lady lied about what I ordered. Took forever and the food taste old and awful. Never ordering from this place again!!!!! Terrible customer service and terrible food.

Pretty good for Charleston, since were not known for asian food. That said, this place is pretty good for the take-out variety. Delivery is fast and prices are reasonable, just be ready to talk slow and listen when you order.
