The staff here are TERRIBLE!!!! I wish I could give this place zero, but the minimum is one. I went in here the other day for an ice-cream and waited at the counter, only to be ignored by the server! How very rude! I walked out, and will never go back again.

The Baskin-Robbins portion of this Dunkin Donuts always seems a little half-baked. The staff are mildly confused when you ask for ice cream, and theres a sense that theyre brushing the cobwebs off the ice cream scoops.

Service is always slow. Been there a few times all but one time the order has been wrong. Somehow the didnt have chocolate one night. Guess it was only baskin-robbins 30.
