I live here and, as a retired business teacher, wonder how much training is given to your employees. Apparently less than Krispy Kreme. Today was my second and last ever visit. Employee dress code - nonexistent. Everyone looked like they just got out of bed just in time to open up.. Hair hastily thrown up, Jean shorts and various t-shirts. Serving and preparing food with no hairnets. Asked a question at drive thru and response was "huh"? My order was wrong so I drove around building, got back in line and reported that my frozen coffee had sugar in it. I had ordered with cream only as I do with all of my coffee. Everyone got flustered and then said that they did not know how to make it without sugar. I told them that I had gotten one there last week with no problem. Never once did anyone respond directly to me with Im sorry but just kept going around in circles with each other in frustration. Since I had ice cream in my car, I politely asked for my money back around the same time a new coffee was delivered. They were going to take the cash back at that point until someone told the cashier to let me keep it and the coffee. What a cluster! I forgot to look at their sanitation rating. Dont know if it was posted at drive thru as it should be. Previous reviews dont look good either. Have to blame the franchise owner for this sloppiness!! Krispy Kreme, I will never "cheat" on you again!!

Baskin Robbins website shows the store closing at 10:00 pm so I got there by 9:30 pm only to find the store closed. An employee opened the door and told me that they closed at 9:00 pm. I went to the closest Baskin Robbins and got there a little before 10:00 pm. I appologized for walking in so close to 10:00 pm and told them the issue with the times at the other store. I was told that they just found out the other store is closing their doors early even though the time reflect later. I wont be going back to the original one by my house anymore.

It said it was opened on there outdoor sign but they were closed i spent five dollars in gas to be disappointed.
