Great concept! A+ for the cool and unique idea. Basically, you pick your cream, flavors and toppings and then they literally freeze the ice cream right there in front of you! Super cool. Almost like a cold stone/marble slab type vibe. They use liquid nitrogen to complete this process. Really neat concept, no doubt. Certainly worth a (one time) visit. Im happy to have gone there but I will never be going back. For the following reasons - Cons: -Speed of service -Price to quality and quantity ratio -Staff -Taste/food quality So first, the speed. Wow! It took FOREVER to get our dessert. And dont go with a group of friends or family. If you do, do not expect to eat together. I do understand that they are freezing the ice cream there on the spot, but there were only 3 stations to make the desserts and the people that were working had a very uncomfortable, non-confident look on their face. Just a slow process overall. Next, price! These desserts are extremely over priced. You are paying for the labor to make the cream and not the ice cream lol. For what I got, the price was not fair at all. The staff was not rude... They were just not very professional. Didnt enrich the experience for me. They were just kinda, there. Lastly, the taste. The ice cream was so.... Basic. Nothing special here at all. Ben and Jerrys in the carton from the store literally taste better. No, Im serious. Im not kidding at all. Moving on. Pros: -Experience Im happy that I went to experience this place. It was neat to watch how they make the desserts. The restaurant was nicely maintained. They even had a cozy couch in there to sit at and watch tv. Kind of out of place, but cool none the less. Bottom line: Looking to try something new and different? Price is not a factor for you? In the surfside/sayebrook area and time is NOT a factor? Then sure, give this place a try. If you answered "No" to ANY of those 3 questions, then consider a different spot for dessert. You wont be missing out, I promise. Head a few miles up the street to Myers. WAY better ice cream and fair prices. Thanks for reading! Hope this helped.

The whole gimmick where they make and freeze your ice cream right there is silly and not worth the price. Plus when they made mine there was so much fog coming out of the bowl that they easily could have put in the liquid, then reached into a secret compartment and switched it with solid ice cream, no liquid nitrogen needed. I took chemistry and I know this is not what God intended mankind to use science for. Very expensive as well, my son paid for me and he had to use all the cash in his wallet to afford the "ice cream"

Fantastic experience! Staff was polite, professional, and efficiently moved the group of 8 (most of them kids). They offer a huge number of options, including non-dairy and vegan, if thats what youre looking for. The price on the higher side, but the quality is definitely worth it in my opinion, especially if you opt for the waffle bowl. I personally recommend the Birthday Cake Capacitor Sensation, but Im also a huge child so ymmv.

This place is a must if your on vacation visiting or live here. To start the owner is really nice explains the entire process and will even help you make an awesome flavor. The process it self is pretty scientifically simple but pretty cool to watch. The price is not bad for fresh ingredients and freshly made ice cream. So Im telling to to go visit here you can even sit down and watch tv while you wait or eat.

Visited this place during vacation the day after watching the Shark Tank episode and had a great experience. There are endless combinations and flavors, plus the process is really cool to watch. As most reviews have mentioned, the owner was incredibly nice and talkative. If we come to Myrtle again, well definitely revisit.

My thing is shakes so this review is based off a shake. I went with cake batter and it was great, the consistency was smooth and creamy. I will say it gets only 4 stars because the flavor wasnt as strong as I was hoping. Reasonably priced, great staff...I shall return!

Great place to take the girls we enjoyed the nitrogen "show". It was good ice cream in my opinion better then cold stone. Not bad price for fresh ingredients. I dont think that the girls behind the counter smiled one time look more annoyed to be here.

Easily the best ice cream Ive ever had and the experience was so amazing! The girl who greeted us did a great job of explaining the brand and was very friendly! There were so many options and so many flavors, I cannot wait to go back and try more!

Clean . Friendly service . Create your own sundae or cone with a variety of fresh ingredients. Watch as your ice cream is made in front of your eyes . Great tasting ice cream. A very enjoyable experience.
