I hate to do this but I had high hopes for this restaurant and it did not deliver, from a service standpoint. Came in on my lunch break, my waitress took my order and even suggested a cheaper way to do my order, which I much appreciated. But after 15 minutes of waiting my food came out wrong - 4 chicken enchiladas instead of cheese, which had been clearly communicated and discussed with my waitress. So I sent it back and it takes another 10-15 minutes for the correct food, and by the time it food came my lunch break was almost up. So I told them I needed box and a check. I planned to try to eat some of it there, but realized I had no silverware because it was on my original plate. I asked for a fork but by the time it came I was out of time. After all of the mix ups I thought I might get a discount, my meal comped, or at least someone addressing what happened/apologizing, but no. Food was very tasty from my desk at work, but would have been a lot better at the restaurant during my break.

This is the best Mexican Restaurant in town. My husband and I have been eating here since they were in Plaza Fiesta. This is a great environment, family friendly and great customer service. You are going to be satisfied when you visit them. The food is excellent. The drinks are the best, if your looking for a good margarita please try all of them and if you want something with a twist I suggest you try the Sext Twist, its my favorite(alcoholic drinks). Great Latino music and hip up, grown up environment after 10pm or 11pm on during the week and weekends. Please visit them from Angela and Bobby Jackson.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Waitress took our orders, and never handed them into the kitchen. Waited at our table for over two hours. She disappeared and never followed up with us or the kitchen staff as to what was going on. Supervisor didnt care about the horrible service given to us either. Not worth going for a "redo" if this is how they treat customers. I will happily spend my money at a restaurant that will appreciate their customers (only gave one star since it was required to post this, in my opinion, they dont deserve the star listed)

Ordered a Steak Quesadilla for delivery. Even though the Quesadilla was cheesy and filled with meat, the steak was so over salted I couldnt finish eating it. Also they gave about a teaspoon of salsa, a teaspoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of guacamole to go with a rather large Quesadilla. Also there was water in the bottom of my To-Go container from the lettuce not being drained off. Someone in the kitchen may have been having a bad day.

Horrible service! Went last night and our server took our order and brought us our drink order (which was incorrect) and never came back to our table. We had to ask other employees for drink refills and sat for over 15 min after we were done eating to wait for our check and eventually had to ask a host for our check which she took care of. on top of that have been throwing up all night will not be returning.

I had the most amazing Enchiladas de Calzones (shrimp). My wife loved the Caldo de Res (beef stew mex style). Chips are made fresh and hot. This is the real deal. Full bar too. Id say location is the reason they are not busier. Nice atmosphere. Comfy chairs. Nice people. Were from Texas and my wife is Mexican. This place rivals the best from Tx.

First time to this restaurant. The staff were excellent, so was the rice beans, and margarita. Sadly, the chicken and cheese enchilada along with the red sauce were the worst I have ever consumed. I managed to eat maybe half and for the first time in my life wanted to regurgitate. I know this isnt pleasant to read, but Its honest.

Went there for lunch, dining room was about 1/4 occupied. Food was decent. Service was lacking attentiveness. Ordered steak fajitas brought out sizzling which was great but mostly onions and very little steak compared to what Ive seen at other Mexican restaurants for lunch. I give it a 3 *.

You try the fajitas, or better yet take a friend and enjoy the fajitas for two. Oh mama their good! The salsa is fresh as well. The restaurant is very clean. The staff pulls the tables out and sweeps up between guests. There is entertainment some nights to enjoy in a lively atmosphere.

Ordered chips and salsa with my to go meal. Got a small portion of chips and no salsa. Four enchiladas were the same size as an order of 3 from anywhere else and cost twice as much. No one even asked my name when I called in my order. I dont plan to go back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant that Ive found in Charlotte. The food is great and reasonably priced. The decor is modern diner style which is a nice change from the typical traditional decor. Great for lunch break with colleagues and dinner with family.

Best tacos I have had at any Mexican restaurant in Charlotte. The fajitas dont come with additional toppings. Great service, great vibe, clean and fast. Would definitely recommend for lunch. Even when they are busy I am in there no longer than 30 minutes.

Best Mexican spot weve found in the Charlotte area. Large clean restaurant. Fresh made chips and salsa. Ask for the extra salsas, all 3 are fantastic. Sopes were on point. Elote was made with yellow sweet corn so not something I would order again.

The food is delicious they have a candy store a room with 2 pool tables the only thing is the waitress are slow they can take a while to take your order kind but slow i dont know if it was just my luck with both times i visited overall food is awsome!

I love their tamales they taste like authentic mexican tamales. Tortas have a good size and they taste delicious. Shrimp cocktail tastes very good and you can add avocado. I truly recommend this place

Jose, The bartender Id great and makes the best Margarita in south Charlotte! The service is on point and staff is friendly. Most of all the food is authentic and delicious. Great specials every day!
