Went to eat on several occasions, due to my wifes. Gluten Free needs. First time we went in Amy, would not substute her sides. We dont all like Cole slaw. She was very firm on that. They need to be more flexible. Then we tried one more time and got breakfast, the home fries we hard as a rock. Do they not know how to cook. Chicksalad was to chunky for such small bread. If they used the bread from Aldi its full size pieces. Or shred your chicken smaller. I think if you open a restaurant someone should not how to cook more then cakes and Donuts.. We will not return. Good luck Green Flute. You are going to need it.

4 of us had lunch for breakfast. Everything was delicious. The desserts were exceptional. The ding dongs/devil dogs were the best gluten-free Ive tasted and the filling was obviously homemade with creamy goodness, not the overly sweet canned icing. The cheese cake with peanut butter cups was loved by 2 who claim to not care much for cheesecake. Dont criticize gluten-free until you have eaten at the Green Flute Cafe.

Bought a birthday cake for my gluten-intolerant fiancé from Green Flute. The baker/owner was very helpful and I was able to create a Death by Chocolate cake. It was amazing and my fiancé was able to enjoy Cake again! Will be ordering from here again very soon. Their whole menu looks amazing! Highly Recommend!
