If no star was an option that is what i wouldve given... upon ordering i was informed my delivery would take an hr and 8 minutes..didnt mind the wait except when the pizza arrived it was garbage. I called and was told by the manager that the pizza was made fresh and cut just before the delivery person left to drop off my order, but she offered to resend new fresh pizzas soon as long as the pizzas she sent were returned. Its now an hr later, still received no new pizzas. Called again to simply cancel the order and receive a refund which the mgr agreed to after again stating she needed to pick up the old pizzas. Twenty minutes later i get a call saying since its getting late theyve gone ahead and proceed the refund..ill get that in 5-10 business days. Needless to say, if you are hungry and expecting to eat that night you may want to place your order elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Though Im rating this a two star, it might be unjust being as weve only ordered from here once --just a disclaimer. This location is only a takeout shop; there is no dining in. Its a convenient quick-in, quick-out location. Weve ate at many Pizza Huts and as most chains always do, they taste almost identical at every location and every visit. The pizza here; however, didnt. Though it looked like the typical Pizza Hut pie, the sauce had a remarkable taste of ketchup! Im no chef or franchise manager, but Im thinking perhaps someone may have been running low on sauce and made a quick trip to Harris Teeter on the way to work that day :) Besides the odd taste, the kids certainly didnt hesitate to devour the pizza --must have been the secret sauce.

worst pizza hut ever. normally i would never leave a review good or bad but i live within 2 miles of this pizza hut and everytime i have ever ordered the food is extremely cold even if i call to complain they send out a replacement and it is cold as well. this happens on cold days and hot days. pizza hut has always been my favorite delivery place but this was the 5th or 6th time in the last year i always have to complain and nothing changes i am tired of waiting an hour for cold pizza.

Im consistently disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I cant name a single time they havent messed up my order by the time it gets to me. Its unfortunate because the staff is friendly, they accept multiple types of payment, and Pizza Hut is my favorite. I hope they can learn to get their act together because their quality is unacceptable. There should be no reason that every time I place an order either in person, over the phone, or online that some part of my order is incorrect.

Called in an order and the chic named "Kissy" was very rude! She claimed to be the manager but Im sure it was a lie! Note to Kissy...if you are tired or not use to working with the public, then get another job! Kissy, the proper edicate while speaking with customers is...wait for it...yes not yep! To the owner(s), shes probably lost you several customers... as I look at the look at your ratings...Im probably correct. Little Ceases it is! Thanks Kissy

I ordered a hand tossed pizza, bread sticks, and a 2-liter pepsi from this location for carry out. When I arrived, at the time the website said my pizza would be ready, it was not ready. I then had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza to cook. Once my order was ready I was informed they were out of Pepsi. When I got home I realized they didnt give me the correct bread sticks order and my pizza was cold! I will never use this location again!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and apparently missed the delivery guy the first time so I called back to have the delivery guy to come back. When I answered the door, the delivery guy was very mad and refused to give me my pizza. I felt threatened and closed the door, I will never go back to this location ever again. This Pizza Hut is the worst customer service ever, apparently others concur if you read all the other bad reviews.

Ordered 6 pizzas online at 3 oclock for a 6 oclock pickup. Something told me I should have called to confirm but I didnt. I showed up at 6 oclock and the manager looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I was there to pick up my order....then she went to the computer and naturally saw my order. Had to wait 20 more minutes. No apology, no explanation, .....what a a dump. They have a great location but thats it.

Wish I had something better to say because Pizza Hut is my favorite of the big chains but this location is just not great. I dont know if they are constantly under staffed or just very inefficient. I get my pizzas from Dominos in 10 min and when I order from this Pizza Hut they tell me 20 and then I wait 5 min extra when I arrive in 20 min. Just seem disorganized and slow. Very nice employees but under staffed I guess

Being an Employee at this Pizza Hut and an everyday customer, I see the hard work that goes on behind the counter that the other customers dont get to see. If we mess up the order I apologize on everyones behalf because we do make mistakes as humans but we try our hardest and our best to make it right so we can have you leaving our establishment with a smile. We care about our customers to the fullest.

I live 1 block from this pizza hut and Ive ordered Pizza from here 4 or 5 times. The order is ALWAYS cold and normally wrong. I have called twice and they sent a 2nd Pizza to fix the issue.... That Pizza was cold both times too. I used to work as a cook for a Pizza Hut 5 years ago, so I know how to judge their pizza..... This is the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever eaten at.

AWFUL customer service. Told me I had a credit due to them not having an ingredient in stock. Next time I ordered a pizza, they refused to honor the credit and when I said I had called to confirm I could use my credit, the delivery lady said it would not be valid. Never using this pizza hut again. Horrible customer service and lazy awful employees.

Terrible pizza experience. Rode 15 hours to see family and got into town at 9:30. Ordered pizza at 10, no pizza at 10:50. Tried calling, no answer. So I go down to the place and the guy tells me theyve been closed for over an hour even though their website claims they close at 11. Ill just order dominos next time Im in town.

I have ordered from here several times. Usually something in the order is wrong when its delivered. Customer service is shaky depending on the manager. I have had enough. If u still want to try it though the pasta and wings r the best to me (provided that they actually put the sauce on the wings).

Cant comment on pickup but delivery is horrible. Have tried two times, both have taken over an hour and a half and Im 6 minutes down the road, also both orders were during the week not even weekends.
