The menu looked pretty good, but i wanted to stick with something simple, my go to. I ordered the lunch portion of the linguine Alfredo, and splurge with chicken for 4 dollars extra. (I could buy nearly a pound of chicken for that price!!) As the menu described the alfredo as just a parmesan sauce, I asked the brand new waitress (who seemed to be on her first day on without much training AT ALL) to ask if they had garlic in it, if not, please add some. When I get my soupy noodles in white sauce, the flavor was VERY bland. The end of my noodles had slipped off the top of my fork and had "splashed" the tasteless sauce on my shirt. Thats not the worse part. The chicken pieces were dry & VERY chewy..Microwaved? It was bad. I wanted to complain, however, I was with a group of coworkers, I didnt want to make a fuss in front of everyone. When finally receiving my bill, I was charged $2(!) for "fresh garlic." WOW!!!! Thanks for NOT telling me it would cost extra, I certainly could have gone without it, as it would not and did not help the flavor at all. And as good as the other pasta menu items sounded (none of which my coworkers got) I will not be bothering to go back, again.

Enrigo Italian Bistro From the beginning you notice how happy this bistro is. There is a buzz of people being served by happy people. From the bus people to the owners they all are making sure the customers are taken care of, whatever they need. Amy and Gabe are the owners and are very proud of the chef Paolo, who I was lucky enough to meet. I could see his face light up when I asked him about the specials. I Started with the Sangria which the bartender told me, with pride. was made by Amy. Enrigos offers a nice wine list and beer on tap and bottles. I ordered the Fettuccine ai Fungi, a long flat pasta with sauteed mushrooms, garlic Italian parsley and white wine sauce. Delicious. Simple quality... My server told me the mushroom were from the Whole Foods Market around the corner and many of the greens in the mediterranean salad were from there too. The table next to me and the table behind me were talking to each other about the fresh pasta and how happy they were about their food. Happiness is contagious at Enrigo Italian Bistro. Ill be sure to order the Sangria when I return, hopefully soon. +Google Local Guides

After almost two years after moving to the area from up North, my wife and I have finally found our "go to" Italian restaurant for dinner and catering . . . and what a find! What impressed me most was that when my wife asked for a custom dish from the waiter, the Chef/Owner (Meri) personally came-out to ask my wife what exactly it was she wanted, and then served-up the best Italian dish weve had in a long time. Everything was authentic and fresh. There is no question that the food is truly homemade. Best of all, in true Tuscan style, they only cook with ingredients that are pure, natural, and mostly available locally.

Such a shame to have to give a mediocre rating to such well prepared food. The food would have been excellent had we received it hot. It was warm at best. The blend of flavors was near perfect and the noodles were cooked correctly. The dishes waited in the window too long to be delivered at their peak. The wait staff was doubling as bartenders. The restaurant was not overcrowded and the food was prepared in the kitchen in a timely fashion. Just poor delivery. We had to ask another waiter to send our waitress with the check. Then we had to wave her down across the room. So disappointed.

Will never return. Worst waiter all my life!!!!! Refused to speak English to me, said I need to leave the restaurant to speak English. I said this is America I speak English, he replied in Italian and was terribly obnoxious and RUDE!!! Called other customers "pendejos" to our table more than several times. Food was less than fair. No flavor at all. Simple, bland and over priced! Restaurant seems over staffed and unorganized. Without this great location this place would FAIL!!!!! Fast!!!!

We were seated quickly, but did not get our drink order taken for almost 20 minutes. Once we gave that order, we waited another 15 and decided to leave. We watched our waiter move around and basically ignore us. It was a busy night, but no excuse. Why he didnt just take our food order at the same time I do not know. Both had our menus closed and set aside ready to order. Sorry, but get more attentive servers and Im sure I would have enjoyed what appeared to be good food.

Overall, not a good experience. Do NOT go during the summer, as you will get a steady water drip from the air conditioning ducts in the ceiling that will rain down on you and help moisten your food! Legionnaires disease anyone? Gross. No place is perfect, but the arrogance of the management when confronted about this problem was disappointing to say the least. The excellent wait staff and good location earns Enrigo a second star.

Ate dinner on Friday night. Ordered the special, spaghetti with eggplant. It was dry, starchy noodles. Would not order again. Dont plan on returning. My friend ordered the chicken parmesan. She did not finish it either. The server brought us bread with one pat of butter in the tray, like it was leftover from another table. Slow service. The server was multitasking behind the bar. Not impressed.

My wife and I recently stayed at Herons for our third overnight staycation. From the moment we exited the car everything was taken care of for us. Our room was perfect for our getaway as were the drinks down at the bar. Room service the following morning was the perfect way to wrap up our time at Herons. As we plan for our annual staycation there is no hesitation where we will be returning.

By the reviews, this place is a total hit or miss. We got a total miss. Got home with take out order and literally thought they had given me someones leftovers. $15 for cold noodles in butter and parmesan from a can and $18 for 9 raviolis in the same condition. Chef Boyardee would have been disappointed. Salad was equally disappointing. Oh well, there goes fifty bucks.

The food is good, but nothing special, except for the portions being especially small. Cannot say the same about the prices. $17 for six pieces of ravioli - it was the most expensive ravioli Ive ever had, but not the best one. We were party of 6 adults, and we all ordered different dishes. None of us was impressed by the place. Isnt worth the money.

Few places are as enchanting as Enrigos. Fabulous food, fantastic ambiance, and most importantly, you are treated like family. The desserts are also incredible. Gabe the owner cares for his culinary creations and the experience of his customers like few people in this world. Many have forgotten what good service is, Enrigos reminds us.
