The restaurant was basically empty and its Saturday night...that should have told me I made a dining mistake. My boyfriend attempted to order 2 tacos and was told there was no more bacon. He settled on the tortilla soup and a chicken burrito. The soup tasted like salty broth and smelled very unappetizing. It had no flavor other than salt. He said the burrito was good but the chicken was cold. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which tasted bland. With the large amount of cheese on the quesadilla there was no flavor, not even the flavor of salt. The trashcans were overflowing, tables were dirty and when I wanted to take something to go staff was no where to be found. The only highlight was the Coke Freestyle machine. I do not see this place making it through the end of the year.

Worst place ever to go with family. Manager Has no respect for customer and offer no apologies for serving expired milk with Kids Meal...! As a parent I do check expiration date before feeding anything to my daughter but do they have any policy of handling customer complain or these kind of situation...? Every other customer addressed as sir/maam except my family just because we took some extra time to order food. We didnt even complain for serving expired milk... I asked for an exchange...! Manager offered no regrets or an apology. Attitude... Attitude... Attitude... Manager should learn from her staff as they showed more professionalism...!

This is the worst qdoba ever. Very bad costumer service, came from work early morning from a 12 hour shift trying to get some food for breakfast/ comfort food. Store says it opens at ten, came inside they werent ready, so they made us step outside waited for another half an hour, came back inside still they werent ready. We asked if we could just stay inside and wait until they can serve us but eventually the manager was bitching at us, saying we cant stay inside unless we order. Obviously we were going to eat there but because the manager was very obnoxious we decide to leave.

Avoid at all cost. The employees are rude and nasty. They give you attitude for any little thing you do. They are speaking about there private lives while customers are waiting in line. Dont even dare to ask for anything they will give you smart remarks. Employee named WANDA is the worst of them all, yells across dining room floor, doesnt care for customers dining there. Lastly, customer service doesnt receive telephone calls making It impossible for them to rectify any of this BS. Wont go their again, now I know why Chipotle is better. Get rid of your staff!

Dont bother. The food is cold. Service was terrible and there seems to be no Manager ever. Employees just hanging around not doing anything. If a customer does actually try to get food they have no idea of the ingredients or how to put it together. Did I mention the food is COLD? Just a really poorly run franchise location.

The food was cold. They put hardly any meat on the tacos. This place is way over rated. This is only my second time eating from this chain. Both times, it was the same. Food is cold and they put no meat in your tacos! For what you are paying, this is definitely not worth it!

Always wanted to try QDOBA and did. I got a bowl and some hard shell tacos. In total I spent $16 not worth the money. Rather go to chipotle the bowl has more and taste better.

This place is bad. Their worker was scraping rice from the bottom of the container to put in our burittos. The rice was all hard and crunchy. The manager didnt care.

I went there 2 weeks ago after stopping in banana republic and the tacos were fully loaded! It was very good and fresh and the service was good!
