Good evening..today i visited this location with such great hunger. I visited many of these locations throughout Nyc and have had excellent service from the staff, from Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island. Today at this particular establishment i received the worst attitude and unpleasant attitude from the female cashier. To the point I lost all my hunger and respect for this company on account of her lack of communication skills and her disgusting attitude not really to sure i would recommend this location to any of my clients, friends, family, or any events that are planned and would need delicious food from this company or location ever again. Sorry Popeye but you have lost one of many customers due to that young lady....

I waited more than 15 mins to place an order. (Second time). This time I walked out not only because of the wait but because a staff member started taking the order for the person who came in after me, that was after another staff member started preparing orders which came in online. He called me to the counter (said next) then immediately turned around and started preparing the online orders. I understand they were busy. I get that but simply looking up at the line could have prevented any or most problems. I had their food before and it has always been good. Today was just not a good day.

Disappointed TWICE! First time visiting this Popeyes, I order a 3-piece chicken tender combo along with a LARGE fries. And I receive piece of soggy tenders, half a piece of fried bread crumbs and a side of fries. Which I paid for a LARGE! Second time around, I decide to give this Popeye another chance, and I receive again soggy tenders. Along with my own combo, my friends got 5 piece chicken combo and asked for all thighs. All he got was 5 piece of breast!

Love Popeyes, customer service was horrible here. A woman taking my order had a nasty attitude, like she was paying for my food. Lastly, a man that was there saw I ordered 4 different meals and only provided one sauce, supposedly out of sauce. They need to hire new people, the people working there like if its free food, get out and go back home if you dont want to work.
