HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Worst ever!There are better places for chicken in Ridgewood where they appreciate the customer and treat therm right and dont cheat them out of money! How did they cheat me out of money? I had a coupon for 2 for $20, but they said we ordered large plates so it would be $2 extra so $22, but then they said it was $2 extra per plate so $24. So we get that and a kids meal but it seemed like we paid too much so i checked receipt and added it up and it was 2 for $29. So I ask about it and the manager said the 5 is for the kids meal. I said No its not, look at the receipt. So they look and said its $4.50 extra per plate. I say But you said it was $2 extra! She says No I didnt, I never said that! I said you were all her and they stay quiet. She says you got a great deal on the meal, its not that much! Im like, I can obviously afford it but you cant say one price and charge a different price, thats not right! Youre cheating your customers! Im like next time say $2 or more. She still insisted she never said it! I do not appreciate being called a liar! She could have said, Im sorry that was my mistake, or something but being called a liar? Nope, never going here again!!

Surprised to see so many positive reviews on Google, many of the Yelp reviews are the exact opposite. All I can say is STAY AWAY! I live right around the corner from this location, so I find myself coming here from time to time. Every single time Ive at at this location over the past couple years, I end up either getting a stomach ache or worse later in the day... and the same this happened to my roommate as well! I used to eat at other Boston Market locations in the past and dont remember consistently getting sick after. All I know is I WILL NOT be returning to this location no matter how convenient it is.

No problem with the food,took the server a long time to get the orders filled correctly,forgot the corn breads ,had to ask for them,also parking lot is very tight as I waited in my vehicle for my wife ,an old timer pulls open his door and smashes it into my drivers side view mirror,no major damage just a scratch,Management should retrain servers and survey parking area to better accommodate the patrons.Possibly enlarge parking spaces,I understand parking is minimal,but I would not park in lot .

Sandra the administrator is bad person not just with me or other people buying but the worst is with the poor young employees. She treats them like crap. I will call main office to report her. She doesnt ever deserve one star at all.

Staff is usually helpful and friendly. I dont like the way Boston Market locations are trying for a more restaurant - like atmosphere. Its fast food, and customers should clean up after themselves, instead of having the staff do it.

Not sure theres anything special about Boston Market. The food is generally good. Their mashed potatoes and gravy are awesome. Its better than average for fast-food. Meaning being able to go to eat quickly. Beats McDonalds for sure.
