Not the typical guy to complaint, especially online writing a review. But this past experience really got me boiled up due to poor service (even with manager in duty), quality of food and wait time. Long story short; waited 15 mins for 2 chicken pot pies, meal other stuff. After getting home, I was told they were both spoiled and have distinctive sour taste. Common sense was calling them and was offered a refund. Headed back to the store and while explaining again of the issue, I sense an attitude from store manager. Wont be a returning customer, def spend your money elsewhere. Almost forgot, I had to request for fork/soup, napkins and ketchup packets. No gravy or honey mustard from the Chicken Bites order. Why is it so diffucult to ask for average service?

I ate the bones! That slogan is the ad of the summer but I cant bring myself to try it. Really, original recipe is the best. It tastes good the next day. The extra crispy is just batter. They have other types of chicken but original is what you came for. You can get a bucket and one side for about $10. They are nice here and they get a lot of business. My only complaint is that the plates can be either small or regular sized depending on what they have.

A local favorite is not what Id describe this location. Between the crowd that patrons the establishment and the customer service, Id have to say that the foods itself is the more disappointing aspect of the experience. Greasy and sad is the only thing i can describe it compared to other neighborhood spots like Popeyes and Planet Wings. The only redeeming feature is of course the parking lot as it is situated pretty remotely from local residences.

Dont clean tables. Also we were sitting at table ten minutes for our order I had to go back up and ask for the food they completely forgot about it 90 minutes before closing they did not have adequate chicken and no potato wedges WTF

Long wait for food, since they run out of the popular items and theres not enough staff. Also, its just deep fried, oily, gross food. The recent TV Commercials did their job to lure me in, but safe to say Im good for another decade.

The batter is not consistent with the colonels original recipe. The hot wings, as well as the rest of the chicken parts, are overcooked and tasteless. Soda fountain was inoperable. The manager did not offer any compensation.

Nothing groundbreaking, but my meal did not take too long and I was able to grab a bite on my brief break. It wasnt too noisy and spacious, granted it was a little before 12pm.
