El sábado 24 de octubre tuve una mala experiencia después de comer ahí por mucho tiempo no espere eso pedí para llevar mi orden no me la dieron como lo muestra el paquete familiar les dije que si me daban una funda me la negaron llegando a mi casa no me pusieron utensilios el pollo frio que pórque era lo último al parecer solo digo mi dinero también cuenta y merecemos que nos atiendan como clientes no como cualquier cosa si las cámaras están ahí se dejarán ver como la gente que va a comer deja comida restante por el mal se vicio las mujeres no lo hacen por amor al trabajo si no por dinero así no puedo recomendar a nadie

Nothing special. Been wanting to try the place out for a while. Food was a bit pricy, waited forever only to receive old, cold chicken, the mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty bad, they had run out of grilled chicken so they only had fried chicken which honestly tastes like the same chicken from a Kennedy Fried Chicken, the empanada was still COLD inside. Could have gone to Kennedy and gotten the same food for a fraction of the price and im sure itd taste way fresher. The Yuca fries were pretty good, but the rest of the meal was sub-par.I cant speak for the rest of the menu, but what i had was not worth the price or the wait.

Normally Ive had no issues here and the food is really good but the last time I ordered here I was told my delivery will arrive in 30-40 minutes. I waited a total of 4 hours for a delivery that eventually never came. Even after calling every hour to see if maybe there was a problem or something else, I was told every time that itll be on its way, that they apologize for the wait and that the order will be free for it being so late. It still never came. Id like to think maybe it was just a bad day but come on man.

Wow ! Just got a family combo with half Fried Chicken and half Campero chicken . Both chickens where nice and moist . Bean and rice was real good and the camperitos( nuggets) where good too . Customer service whats okay . They real need to work on the speed unmaking and preparing the food order and whos doing what order . I saw too many times orders being skipped and prepared instead of being prepared as they come in order. I would say key word here is order. But yes I would recommend this place for a family meal

Great food! But Im beginning to believe they take pride in messing up my orders. Ive been to this place three times and have YET to taste the grilled chicken I had ordered. Their fried chicken is absolutely delicious though! Overall they do make very good food and I would recommend. Just stay on their behind about your order and check it before you leave or you may be sorely disappointed when you get home and see you have an entirely different order, always.

Ay dios ya Jodieron el pollo en esta location. My friend said it was bad chicken. I didnt believe him. I just came from long island. I bought d chicken there had a piece. N I stop on this location to taste it . N I was like wtf. This a joke. Either theyre not properly doing it .or is the owner. But they really mess it up. .They need to REMEMBER THAT ALL THE FOOD CHAINS KEEP THE SAME RECIPE . Wake Up PEOPLE. .....

Place is extremely dirty. No one comes to clean the tables so they are ready for other customers. No toilet paper in the womens restroom. Only one person cooking, one taking orders and manager not even helping while lines are backed up to the door. Food waa disgusting. Over cooked and dried out. Wont go back to that location. If I go to Pollo Campero again it will be the Spring Valley Location

The rice with corn is excellent. The fried chicken reminded me of Kennedy chicken and almost the same reddish color. The roasted chicken is very good. I got there around 4pm and the 2 items I wanted was sold out. Strange to run out of food before the rush hour crowd starts. Nice service though.

I like this place, the food is great however it is not really cheap, a meal for 3 can easily cost you $50 also even thought the service is super friendly they can take a long time to prepare your food. So if you have time and dont have to feed a futbol team youll enjoy a good meal.

They earned this 1 star with pride &, joy. What an atrocious experience. Lol, its almost funny how bad the service is in here. Im literally writing this - as I wait for my food...ordered 20 minutes ago - after the customer in front of me took 10 minutes to order hers.

I like the food but when I ordered the campero meal and my chicken was not cooked all the way through. I took back the food and they said it was nothing they could do because I had no receipt. I had the food in my hand but I guess that was not enough.

Omg this place is amazing and also affordable! They give so much food we had to take some to go. And the people that work here are wonderful. Free refills as well. I recommend this spot if you are around the way. You wont regret it!

I just left the one on grand concourse around 9:45 the guy on the register was the worse he messed my order up 3 times and will not even give me a courtesy drink or nothing then I got home and all my empanadas. Were wrong

The food is amazing, it brought back memories to the chicken I had in Mexico. I only ate it every time I visited my country, but this chicken can definitely substitute it whenever Im not in Mexico. Worth trying it out!

Its a fried chicken fast food store, but its the best fried chicken fast food store Ive been to. A meal for two, including drink and two sides, for $11! And the chicken is amazing. Hot and fresh and delicious.
