For a fast food place, this Boston Market is really nice! I go here about once a month when i do my Costco run (which is right across the street) and I have to say that the service is pretty consistent here. The staff is friendly and the food is good, what more can you ask for? im always looking to try something new there and they always give me some good suggestions. So far everything has been awesome. Gotta give a shout out for their sweet potatoes, theyre the best! for the most part the place is clean no complaints there. It took me a while to write a review because I like to make sure that my review will be accurate so Ive been here numerous times before finally reviewing but the 5 stars are definitely deserved here.

Never came after 8 pm , they are rush probably for close time, but if u cant service chicken with the same quality of Boston market , please dont sell this like that. I have 8 years eating on Boston market and I know exactly the flavor and quality of this chicken. They give me a hard chicken and Complete dark probably have a lot time on the rotissier and was last ones on this location , but please dont kill this amazing flavor and soft chicken white. This is the first time that I left this chicken on my plate almost completely. First bad experience in my last ,8 years visiting Boston market.

Would give less than one star if allowed. Ordered large meatloaf dinner with mash potatoes and string beans. While waiting for my food a man brought both of his wifes and his dinner back. They said the vegs were cold. And when I got my food and sat down I discovered the same. The meatloaf and vegetables were not ice cold but cold. I took it back to the counter and complained. They made me a new plate and heated it in the microwave. Now it was hot. Will never get food from here ever again. But at least the bathroom was clean. Making a call to corporate tomorrow.

Just as in other BM restaurants, the food was delicious. This location has free parking. However, the restaurant itself is showing its age. The clean table I choose had a woble. The seat bottoms are faded and some are not fastened to the frame. Even the bathroom needs some TLC (faucet missing aerator and toilet leaking/wasting water). On the bright side... The staff is extremely friendly and keep on bringing hot side dishes.

Tues, 4:30 in the afternoon. Four people in line ahead of me and it took 35 min! The tables were filthy, the floor sticky and there was spilt soda by the soda machines. The servers were slow and no one was busing or cleaning the tables. Where is the manager?????

Staff is dirty and not nice. There sure ladys that come in selling DVD and dont stop bugging you till you buy. Everything Boston market I go to has that same problem. They need to stop letting boot leggers sell there.

Beware of your take out order they gave us the wrong items . Plus didnt want to take the coupons from the website excuse was that computer wouldnt allow to take coupons.

The workers are cool, they give you large portions, during the winter the lobby area is a cold place to eat. Fountain drink station allows for the constant refills.

Stop here occasionally. Always get good service even during the lunch rush. Food is consistently good and the place is clean. Including the restrooms.
