Convenient and dependable. Sort of like that girl who always is ready to hang out and seems to offer foran OK time. The chicken tacos are always on point, the quesadillas are always made the same, the cheese fries are really cheesy and they fit the bill well. Quality of food ingredients of food is fair, if you want to pick out one day I suggest this should be your go-to place as their primary success is being inexpensive and serving quantity. This is my regular spot also they are very nice, always nice smile when you come in. Family owned and operated, well deserved four stars

We call it the Chinese-Mexican place because its set up like a chinese menu (Ill take number B11!!) but its very good Mexican style food. Their homemade flour tortillas are my husbands favorite. And I love their hard shell Texas Chili Tacos... mmmm. They deliver, too, which is the best. I really <3 this place. Open New Years Day this year which is a life saver!

Not impressed. Rice was dry, beans were bad in general. Enchilada was more like a semi rolled fajita with sliced meat and peppers, no sauce and very little cheese. Hard to get in and out of with almost no parking and dont expect to sit down and eat, its a to go place, more like a Vhines take-out establishment.

Excellent food, Actually the best Mexican fast food in West Babylon and most other Towns as well. I went into Island Grill 3 years ago and I will continue for many more. Everything is made in front of you... FRESH food, GREAT quality.....
