Mr. Subs has good subs, they can never seem to deliver them before an hour but thats not the problem. Today I noticed that they write my entire credit card number with the expiration date on the order pad with duplicates, for everyone to see including the delivery driver. I called the owner to address that concern, she told me, "well just dont order from us again hun" If you dont want your credit card information to be seen by every tom, dick or harry dont order from Mr. Sub, they simply dont care!

There is no place in Watertown NY that can top their subs! The rolls are awesome and no chinzing on the ingredients like other places. Theyve been doing it for years! Hot subs and pizza are great too! The only dissappointment is that they are no longer open on the weekends.

Mr. Sub is THE best place for subs in Watertown. Dont waste your time at the other shops. After a long day, we love going there & picking up some subs for a fresh, simple dinner. Friendly staff, prompt service, and reasonably priced subs to order. Mr. Sub cant be beat!
