I stop there for 2 Philly Cheese Steaks and they two young ladies appeared to be very nice, how our subs were not at all what I had asked for. I cant understand how is it ok to charge people for something they didnt ask for and if I wasnt already home when I opened my food, I definitely wouldve told them to remake it. I work too hard to spend time and money on terrible customer service. From now on Ill just drive to Norfolk, Virginia Beach, or Chesapeake for a good Philly Cheese Steak!

Horrible place. The manager is awful, subs are always messed up and the managers customer service is lacking. The employees have said that they paid for messed up subs which is ILLEGAL. And when a sub is wrong, they REUSE the meats from that sub onto another customers sandwich. This place needs to be shut down, its disgusting.

me and wifey stoped by been here a couple of times but needed order the Philly Steak but I ordered it. Baby said its not going to taste like Philadelphia hoagie. Ill see when order comes up taking a while for the food
