Veryyyyy good ice cream, poor customer service. Waited 10mins to have our order taken. But their ice cream and smoothies were great. Already been there 3 times and every time we loved their ice cream. They have to work on their customer service skills. Also we felt that they r very expensive. 1 large cup of ice cream, 1 small smoothie and 1 large smoothie cost us18.50$ Which is alottt for Vestal/BInghamton area.

Normally cold stone is amazing however the staff at this location were very rude. Rolling your eyes when a 5 year old wants to try a few flavors and never smiling is not good customer service
