I went today around 330pm and two teenagers were working. One guy was quiet and polite, but the other was rude and unprofessional. He complained about having to wait on customers, he stopped making a sundae before it was fully assembled and passed it to the other employee for him to finish and just stood there watching. He refilled the hot butterscotch dispenser and put the spout which had been sitting in the sink back into the vat of sauce (food safety nightmare) all while complaining loudly and yelling that his mom needed to get there to get him. The worker needs significant training in mature customer service and food safety.

Ive been before and had a good experience but this time we arrived (its 95 degrees and the kids are excited for ice cream) at 11am when it says it opens. The staff didnt unlock it and ignored us waiting outside until 11:10 when I knocked on the door. They waved us away saying it would be another 20 minutes. The kids of course were upset and were not waiting that much longer in the heat, so we left. Very rude and unprofessional.

Walked in and there was a foul smell, looked up at the air conditioner on the left wall and saw mold in the machine. I didnt even wait to purchase. It was unfortunate.

Info block says they are open 4-9pm; however when we called to confirm, they are not open at all. Inaccurate information, could have led to a big waste of time.

Website says open til 10pm. They definitely were not open at 9:30pm when we tried to go tonight. Huge disappointment.
