While we were in town, we decided to stop in for a late lunch. The restaurant is very clean much cleaner than others we have visited in the past. We both ordered a half chicken dinner and yes I would say the portions have definitely been reduced in size. I wish their sides were hotter. They seem to be more at room temperature which is not my preference. Also, because theyre chicken portions are smaller now, they tend to dry out more so than remain moist when eaten. I would recommend that this is a type of restaurant where you really benefit by arriving at noon sharp thereby guaranteeing you receive food items cooked for that time, otherwise if you arrive closer to 3 p.m. you are definitely getting what was left over from lunch. And this isnt the only Boston Market guilty of this practice.

Ordered 1/2 chicken with two sides.. The 1/2 chicken was so so so small that a local Pigeon would have been larger. The Server spoon scooped roasted taters on dish then took two pieces off.. The other side was a 1/2 spoon of corn Like what the heck on being cheap here! Coffee.. No way this Boston Market does not serve Coffee. Very disappointed at this Boston Market !

sucks everytime we go they dont have all the verity because its as they say close to closing time. Ok well thats funny because you dont close for another 2 hours or whatever. clean yeah they mop 2 hours before closing. Not kidding we use to love to go for a quick but good meal. No more cant even get a muffin.. Done..

Ordered ahead and the food wasnt ready. Stood there several minutes being ignored by the employees. Finally got our food but the money spent wasnt worth the hassle. The restaurant is dirty and needs to be updated.

I have been here several times for eat in and takeout. The main entrees (chicken, ribs, etc.) were hot and fresh, but the sides have always been old and cold. I recommend you just order main courses, no sides.
