Food is mediocre at best. The staff will only pay attention to you during rush hour. Before and after they will literally turn their backs to you and continue a conversation even after direct eye contact and you requesting service from anyone. They arw not trained on how to wrap a burrito correctly. They basically used the large tortilla as one huge soft taco with everything spilling out then they try to cover it up with aluminum foil and a smile. Will Never Skip a word from their own personal conversations even while youre requesting the particulars to your meal! Qudoba has the opportunity and the ability to make great food and meals a true competitor with Chipotle and other Tex-Mex locations. However, the staff at this particular location is NOT ideal at ALL! Real management is needed at this place.

I love the food here and have never been sick, but I cant help but think its only a matter of time. The place is always understaffed, or staffed only with people who are prepping food or working the back office. The food prep counters are a mess. The back area (seen from the counter) is full of papers, boxes, signs askew and barely hanging from the wall ...The limes in the bin near the beverage station looked rotten, and the whole place just looked disheveled. Weve been there a number of times, hoping "this time" will be better, but really it just gets worse.

I am not a big fan of Mexican food but we came back to the hotel very late and pretty hungry so we tried this out. Not too bad at all. The clerk was new so she made a mistake of charging me more than a hundred dollars for a food for 3 people. I believe the actual price should have been $40. Luckily my credit cards fraud utility alerted me and showed it to the manager. Well, I interrupted my food to deal with them as he was talking to another person on the phone to sort things out. In the end, we got free food as he didnt charge us anything.

very dissapointed in the service i have been there before service was good yet pricey the second time the staff treated me like i was begging for food i got attitude from the staff and was told this is how served . spoke to the manager and she told me she was sorry how can i fix it . serve me with the right order and some respect I am a customer who would never go back and never recommend anyone to this place still waiting for manager to reach out to me for weeks now . the deli across the street way better and are very polite .

So when i first walked into this place it seemed a little messy and the food seemed like its been out for a while. This place is run just like a chipotle you wait in line and pick what you want and they add it to your taco or whatever you want. the food was OK but for the same price you can find better food. Not a bad place to try out just not what i was expecting.

Horrible. First time a very long line due to slow operation of packaging and a single register. And no surprise, they messed my bill up. 2nd time went just for queso and nachos, and they were out of it. 3rd time, no flour tortillas available. Seriously, how could they be out of these for lunch? Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. What a joke.

Food is alright although slightly overpriced but customer service is where it really lacks. Not only are you rude to the customers but it was apparent that the staff cant even get along amongst themselves. Very unprofessional and I feel bad for the proprietor of this establishment as they probably arent even aware of the situation

Food isnt very good. Theres nothing Mexican about its menu, except the beans. Guacamole doesnt taste right. And its ridiculous they charge you 2 dollars for salsa. They should have a free salsa bar like any decent Mexican restaurant.

First time I went there they messed up my order. Just went there for a 2nd time today at 11:40AM and was told "We are not ready to serve lunch. Come back at noon". Went to the deli across the street. Much cheaper and better service.

Brand new as of this writing. Friendly kids behind the counter, but being new, the line can move pretty slowly. The food has been good, as good as Chipotle. Taco Salad was excellent. The place is spotlessly clean. Worth a stop in.

Great fast food. Similar to Chipotle except they have quesadillas. Not the best Mexican food in the world but it is cheap. I have never seen a crowd here. Lost a star because they dont serve alcohol.

Food is excellent and the portions, especially the rice bowl, are pretty massive. I can probably get about two meals out of a rice bowl. Staff is always pleasant and inviting. Great location!!
