Worst customer service experience Ive had at a restaurant. They are a bunch of racists. They ignored me and took the order of the guy behind me first, I let that go. I asked for food to go and then my son wanted something too so I told her Id changed my mind and wanted to stay but would eat the food out of the bag and wanted more food which pissed her off somehow bc then she mashed up my bag and walked away looking at avocados. I thought maybe it was a language barrier but I asked for the food in Spanish and the lady at the register was bilingual so it seems if there was a misunderstanding she would have jumped in. Instead she acted like I was invisible. needless to say I left. This is not the first time Ive been completely ignored there either. They must not like money.

The roasted chicken is some of the best Ive ever had. Unfortunately the demand is greater than the supply. Its obvious the chicken is thier best seller. I believe they should be more proactive in making sure the supply meets the demand. Overall thier prices are ok. The service is prompt and the establishment is clean. The ladies behind the counted work extreamly hard. They are helpful and attentive to ones needs. Management on the other hand is a bit lackluster. Some guy they call flaco always seems annoyed especially if and when you complain about something wrong with the food or order.

It was the worse fried chicken chunks I I I had the fried chicken chunks they where the worst and I mean the worst I would order from Valle from time to time but this evening the rice was no good even I called the restaurant and told them how terrible the food was the lady didnt care to even try to address it delivery was prompt that is the one star. Suggestion be sure to change your for your fried food and stop trying to pass off sour or un fresh chicken using vinegar or lemon.

I usually like the food but I must say the customer service sucks. I asked for malanga with fried eggs and the eggs. They offered eggs that were sitting there. I asked if I can get freshly cooked and they refused. As a valued client due to my employment in the neighborhood I will no longer buy food from them. The servers are disgusting and rude. My hard earned money will no longer be invested in this restaurant.

Seat down to eat my plate was dirty then they blasted the music spanish. I couldnt think it was sooo loud. This ruined any possibility of 3 ** . Horrible they must think everyone likes this madness as they eat. Waitress only came to me twice 2 x was with the check first was with the food. Tip ???Smdh

Worst experience I called the first time they said Give me one moment and they hung up second time I called they said One second left me on the phone for 5 min Never again Im calling there last time I order delivery from there they made me wait for 2 hrs nope Not good

Unbelievable! An exterminator was fumigating right on top of the food all th chemicals were in the air and they didnt even care about the customers health that is not safe at all I couldnt believe my eyes

The mofongo de pollo is my fave but definitely need to work on their service, they take their time and dont care if youre in a rush. Friendly if they are actually paying attention to you.
