Strike Ripjaw

The food was great and I didnt mind the prices either but the customer service couldnt be any worse. They had free dessert on Sundays and we ate two dishes for dessert AND THEY TOLD US TO LEAVE MORE TIP! You do not tell someone how much tip to give! We gave tip and that should be enough! This is a huge business and shouldnt do stuff like this. I rest my case

Horrible customer service. Shady business tactics. Their flyers are not updated yet send them out to people in the neighborhood. Prices are higher than stated in flyers. They do nothing to fix it. I rather go to Ruby Sushi where the service is excellent and food is always great.

Overpriced for what you get. Service was good, food was decent but nothing spectacular. The decor... it looked like a really overdone diner. Lots of chrome. I wasnt impressed.

Simply amazing. Food is phenomenal and the staff are the best, especially Jessica.The environment is kind of club ish which is REALLY cool. Favorite sushi place hands down.

Sushi is very good, the place is really nice and trendy. On the weekends they have valet. Its a much nicer, trendier sushi place compared to the rest on long island.
