BAD REVIEW! I wish I could give it zero stars. Booked the party room a week ago for yesterday for about 25 people & was told it wouldnt be a problem. When we got there they tried to sit us at a regular table until I said something. As I was setting up the room with a few decorations, I was moved to the back end of the room because they said they had 40 people coming in an hour.. what was the point of reserving? By the way the 40 people never showed up & the entire time the manager paced back & forth in front of the room staring at us like he wanted to rush us out. We asked for pitchers of soda, after being told they dont have any & charging us per cup they brought out pitchers for the table. The food was disgusting. Nothing looked or tasted as it should have. I couldnt tell you what the "general tsos chicken" was made of but Im positive it wasnt chicken (never seen grey stringy chicken meat). The only thing tolerable was the sushi that the rice kept falling off of. Deserts were stale & they had only opened an hour prior. The ice cream tasted like freezer burn. The waitress was nasty & rushed us taking a plate every time a fork was put down. Needless to say I will NOT being going back ever again!

Attention Everyone..... DO NOT GO TO THE BUFFET ON FOREST AVE in Staten Island, THE ONE LOCATED IN THE PARTY CITY/TJ MAXX PLAZA....They are beyond infested with roaches. I went there to get sushi and shrimp since I cant eat meat today. Went to use the bathroom and wash my hands. As soon as I hit the Soap dispenser, about 8 of them ran out and scurried all over the counter and under the sink. As I am walking out, another is crawling on the wall which I took a picture of. I notified the manager and at first she denied it, after I showed her the picture she wanted to hold my phone so she could delete it (I didnt let her touch the phone). She than said something in her language to a guy behind the curtain and he headed to the bathroom with a roll of paper towels. Save yourselves sickness and stay away from here.....

From my own experience here, it offers very reasonable prices, and good food with a great variety for everyone to choose from and enjoy. Although it may not be the best and the cleanest high quality top-notch buffet, theres also the small problem of waitresses demanding 15% tip, but thats only because of the cheap buffet prices. I do believe this place is a pretty decent buffet, it has a nice atmosphere and good service. Waiting for table is only a bit of a problem on weekends and holidays, but otherwise, it doesnt take that long to get seated at a table. I can say this as I come here quite often with my family and we do enjoy it here. You really do get what you paid for, and that doesnt always mean fresh produce

Food is quite bland and not very decent-tasting, and the place isnt the most hygienic buffet around. The pasta takes exactly like pizza and I dont want pizza, I want pasta. The sushi tastes decent, but the rice is of terrible quality and doesnt stick on to the seaweed at all. The cakes taste pre-baked and they are completely stale & hard. The sausages taste salty and gritty. However the garlic bread here is amazing, it tastes buttery and soft, so I liked that. With the price of $11.99 per adult, I do think this is an acceptable price and that the food really reflects the price charged.

Literally one of the best buffets Ive been to in my life. The food really stands out to me. Ive been to over a dozen other buffets before but the food here just tastes different. So flavorful and a great variety. The prices are really good too. They have a full sushi bar as well. Everything Ive ever eaten from here has been great. I drive from Brooklyn to Staten island just for this place. They have a lot of variety. Its only like $9 to eat for lunch and like $15 for dinner. I really dont know how they do it. The workers are friendly too.

Food was okay. Got the check and was charged 12.99 a person instead of 9.99 stated on as received in mail 2 days ago. For 5 people, that made a substantial difference in price. Went to manager and was treated rudely and told there was 1 sign on the hostess station raising the price bc it was Fathers Day. Not on the door where everyone would see it instead of a little sign on the hostess station mobbed with people. I will not be back after being bait and switched for mediocre food and rude treatment.

My family and I went to this place and as we were eating, we saw a nasty roach crawling on our table where we were eating. So, we went to tell the manager and they didnt believe us and just walked away. We just left. So I recommend yall to not go to this unhygienic restaurant. I miss the last restaurant that was built before this place which was Hometown Buffet. They need to change and rebuild a well sanitary restaurant that I would enjoy cause Hibachi is not a sanitary place to leave at! TBH!!

Took my kids to dinner yesterday. The hostess was so unpleasant. Tried to sit us in a crowded spot by a big family (mother of the kid asked the hostess no to sit us next to them because they have barely any room) . She refused to give us empty booth far in the corner away from other peoples, she insisted on having us sit where we wouldnt be comfortable sitting, so we left very mad. New owner. New staff. Definitely will NOT be eating there again!

Hate this place. Brought my student id (I attend in manhattan) they told me I have to go CSI to get the discount. All the food is overcooked. The fried noodle bar has a ton a of cross contamination with the meats. Nasty slimy yellow shrimp and meat that looked badly freezer burnt. Very unsanitary and unhelpful rude staff that ignores you at every whim.

Horrible is not the word to describe this place, discusting not even, this place must closed down, chinese place and even the rise was discusting, flaming grill name and 95% is fish only, salads very old, not recoment to no one go and eat on that plqce and waste your money. One of the worsts i ever been. I wish there is a zero to leave feedback

As a repeating customer, you begin to see the flaws in this place. The Chinese women serving always demands high tips, the food is not as fresh as you think. This last thing truly disgusted me.... There is a roach infestation here. A roach was crawling on the wall. This place is cheap, yes , but it surly isnt worth eating here .

his restaurant sucks, I have never been to a place like this. Although it is cheap and affordable, food is limited and narrowed. They even charge for beverage fee, usually, water and tea are provided. All in all, for those who look for high quality and fruitful choices, this should not be your choice!

The food was delicious there, but the interior looks ugly with Pink, Green, and other old wall texture. 2 Homeless family members were outside the entrance/ exit door. Staff was friendly, but the restaurant kinda smelled. We could come back to this restaurant when we go to Staten Island again.
