Weve been here a few times there they were always good but today we were a bit disappointed. The burgers we had, the Jersey and the Truffle Mushroom were quite salty. The burger taste and the way they were cooked was fine but really too much salt. My wife filled up her soda and was disappointed that there wad no ice. When she mentioned it outto the employee that was just hanging out, he said "you probably didnt push the lever hard enough" but then he tried it and still nothing. Then he said that sometimez the machine takes a while to give out ice. But he didnt keep trying, but instead went back to hanging out behind the counter. Other customers were getting annoyed too and it wasnt till a but lately that he finally sent sunshine to get ice. If that was all that would still be annoying but the fact that we found out it was the manager, named Brian showed a lack of serious interest in keeping his Smash Burger customers happy. Another employee that came out to talk to us and take our plates after, LeBron was very courteous, taking the time to explain why the burgers that day may have been saltier than usual and showed the genuine concern that one expects when eating out. Good job hiring him Smash Burger. He showed the concern that the manager didnt.

I love Smashburger food, and again was not disappointed with the quality. We even ordered an item not on there menu (chocolate peanut butter shake) and they had no problem making it for us. This time we had what I believe was a new cashier though who made two mistakes on our order, gave us a burger instead of a chicken sandwich, and a reg fry instead of a large. They promptly took back the burger and gave us a chicken sandwich when I told them, and I didnt mention the fries as Im sure I could afford not eating that many. The staff, as I see at most Smashburgers, was courteous and friendly. They stopped by to see how we were doing and provided extra dressings quickly even though they were clearly busy with a lunch rush. Smashburger is also great for kids, my boys love the hot dog, which is also conveniently cut in half, a small gesture that goes a long way with concerned parents.

Burgers devised by an evil genius. Who else could have thought of taking a cheeseburger and adding Taylor Ham, a fried egg and then haystack onion rings on top? The stupid thing was so good I eat it all, and then didnt need to eat for the next 30 hours. Quiet and great service when I visited, but in a strange niche - better & pricier than 5 guys but not as good as Zinburger. Still, take medical advice and give it a try.

Absolutely rude and nasty. I called today to order food and they said they were to busy for me and to come back later. I called 4 times prior to that too. I walked and got terrible looks and was mistreat the woman behind the counter gave me a hard time and rushed me to order i have been mistreated to many times at this place i normally dont right bad about a place but what a shame.

The smashfries are super good! I had the New Jersey burger with no lettuce and it was just as good as the first time. Will go back forever lol I love burgers and these are great. I had a $5 off coupon, couldnt have gotten a better deal. Cant wait to use the free entree one when I go back. I love this place.

Theres one thing keeping me from giving 5 stars; its pretty pricy for what youre getting. Youll see a charge on top of your burger and fries just for making it a combo!! Other than that I love the food here! I never liked shakes until Ive tried their Oreo chocolate shake!! Their smash fries are awesome!

Although the NJ burger and Cobb salad were outstanding, I was dismayed by the overall uncleanliness of the entire facility...from the aisles that were unswept to the condiment station that was stained and full of garbage...to the bottles of ketchup and mustard on the tables...gotta clean it up.

Love the atmosphere and the bugers are finger-licking good. Everything taste great but unhealthy if you are trying to stay fit. It is better than McDonalds food like products..ill..God, when will McDonalds go out of business???

Not sure what the big deal is. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but the pricing is hard to swallow for just good food. I paid $40 to feed myself, my wife, and my 7 year old. Just burgers, fries, and drinks.

Classic Cobb was very good. Chicken was crispy and hot. They forgot to give me the dressing for the salad, but apologized and quickly rectified the matter. Casual atmosphere.
