This is really a 3.5 star place depending on the chef. Most of the recent reviews are spot on, I will confirm that the service is pretty good and friendly. Im sure they will have good days and bad, especially with the weekend Dim Sum rush. Prices are on the high side of average, but with all things considered, it sure beats going to downtown Flushing and battling the congestion. The takeout section sells dim sum and buns along with the BBQ. Oh, and theres free wifi. I would avoid the parking lot and go for street parking. There is an asian supermarket across the street and several other smaller restaurants close by. Its just north of the LIE, and you can beat the convenient location. Thumbs up!

Dim Sum here is $2.50 for small, medium, large and tips are not required! Cant complain much and its quite tasty here. Wait is not that long for a table. This place seriously need to renovate and get new table cloths (i usually see holes in them).

Most of their cakes are not fresh, and taste horrible. Be careful if you buy something... I bought small piece of cake and when i cut it in half found blue color mold inside....!
