Drive thru person was rude. Had no alternative to soda other than raspberry ice tea which is disgusting. Asked for bottled water which is the same price as the medium soft drink that came with my meal. $1.99 Was informed I would be charged extra for a substitution. I asked why and the girl got indignant and told me it it was an upgrade charge. If its an upgrade why is it the same price? Its even less ounces. Grilled chicken was dry as a bone. Didnt even get a napkin or utensils. Sticking to Boston Market from now on.

I went today Sunday 12/22/2013 around 2pm to eat KFC with my family the food disgusting oily and cold, I asked for a pair of gloves the cashier went to the back to bring it and she came back to us saying we dont have I ask for the manager she came to me and sad I have only a box and I cant give you no apology. I felt Im in North Korean prison. the store was filthy the food was disgusting the manager she was unprofessional. Never ever again. I rate this store zero /100 I dont know how they still in business.

I had really bad experience last night there. The guy took my order didnt ask me which kind of side I want. He just gave me 5 smashed potatoes that I dont want. And because they did not have enough chickens, just gave me 2 legs for two pieces chickens, its not what I want either. And at last when I got home, I found chickens are not fully cooked. The worst experience ever in KFC.

Workers decided to take it upon themselves to close 30min earlier. Opened the drive through window, which they forgot to lock, and had to yell over the music they were playing to get their attention. Then they lied and said it was closed when it clearly closes at 11:30. No good

The good was as always acceptable. However, I ordered the chicken pot pie and the crust was not evenly cooked and it had a sour taste. Ive eaten at this local several times and the food and service are always good. I was surprised though. They had no ketchup?

Horrible service at the drive thru today a nasty Spanish women who make up is stuck in the 90s sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes cause I ask to get the medium soda instead of the small I WILL BE CALLING HEADQUARTERS

Extremely terrible service especially during the night!!!! DONT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU DURING THE NIGHT!!!! I am really angry with the white saleswomen named Lynda. Also, they always get you the wrong food.DONT BE THERE!

Food is fine, but the staff consistently gets orders wrong. Also with the changes to the menu board, its impossible to properly calculate how much the food youre ordering costs if it isnt a premade meal.

Horrible. Went at 9:45 pm. Sign says inside is open until 10, yet doors are locked and when I went to drive through I waited 5 min and no one came. 2 guys were inside not doing anything.

Wait so long to get to order, the waiter forget to give me the cup for the drunk and this picture is what I got for a large popcorn nuggets (not eat yet, only 2/3 full). So disappointed.

The place was clean. The chicken was fried crispy and moist inside. Quite good for a KFC. Mashed potato was average. The gravy was meh.
