Terrible. Do you want to eat at a restaurant where the workers dont even know how to do their jobs? Do you want extremely slow and ill mannered service? Do you want (and Im not joking here) a 35+ minute wait for a box of chicken, only to be told 20 minutes into the wait that they dont have all of what you ordered? Do you want to be charged for more sides than youve paid for? How about workers who stop in the middle of your order to smoke out in the front of the building? Well, this is the place for you! Overall a terrible and disappointing service. The manager even walked around saying quite loudly "he know he gotta wait!" Multiple times. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody unless youd like to experience the lowest quality and slowest service you will ever see.

The food is never ready, Im talking standard biscuits even, no special orders. At the drive thru, you are instantly demanded to park out front so they can cook your meal. The staff is incredibly disorganized and rude, I have never witness anything like it before. I am convinced that this location does not have a manager, I question whether it even has a general manager. If tossing some frozen fries around & boxing up some bread is too stressful, then these individuals need to seek some expert advice through a life coach. Life is far too beautiful to be getting some attitude with your side of chicken! Ha. #whatajoke

I should have read other reviews before visiting this place. Believe it when you read all the negative reviews, besides the nasty service and the unprofessional attitude by the person who claims to be the general manager, the food is not done right and the woman was serving us without gloves or hairnet, it is unbelievable. She has some issues and she needs to get help. We have reported her to the company because she should not stay in business; specially serving food to others.

I CAN NOT TELL YOU PEOPLE ENOUGH NOT TO GO HERE!! IT IS THE WORST!! THE WORKERS ARE MISERABLE AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL THEY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU EVER WENT BACK AGAIN.. I GOT HOME AND HALF MY ORDER WASNT THERE AND I CALLED THEM AND IT WAS AS IF I WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT THEY JUST DID AND GET THIS THEY GOT MAD AT ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT...WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TOO PEOPLE NEVER GO HERE IF YOU READ THIS!! Very rude... The "manager" or whatever she is needs to stop calling people babe and always yelling out "YO LET ME GET SOME FRIES"... Never asked me if i wanted it for here or to go And packed it to go. Had to ask for bbq sauce and she rolled her eyes. Never said a thank you! AND PLEASE stop calling people BABE. Be professional! Never again will i eat at this location.

Too long of a wait plus manager was in a bad mood and was talking to costumers with attitude myself included I ordered number 11, said it clear in sapanish and english, she gave me an attitude just because she herd my order wrong and was trying to say that I ordered wrong.main issue was the attitude problem on her behalf.

The food here was good, but the staff was awful. The lady taking my order was very nice, but her manager was extremely rude to her. The cashier misheard what I had said, and needed the manager to fix it, and all she did was tell her employee how dumb she is and she needs to pay attention. It was extremely uncomfortable.

We waited 15 mins to even order! There was no one in the place when we entered. My friend got their food right away,even they said their fries were soggy and cold. I had to wait over 20 minutes for mine #9 With fries. My friend was done eating before I even sat down. I will never go to this location again.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru only to be told that they are out of mild chicken so I had to settle for spicy , Order taker and person at the window were very rude and slammed the window as I left .
