I am very disappointed with the quality of the food at the Rutland vermont KFC, I have always enjoyed a KFC bucket of original recipe chicken for years up and down the east coast of the US. But these guys not only cook it too death but find a little disturbing that there is a enormous amount of bones, even in the breasts. And since when does a chickens touch hole considered to be a piece? Just because the coating is good doesnt mean they have to batter every part of the bird. Just curious! But I will say that the service was fast and friendly.....

Went to the KFC last night for a chicken sandwich and a side. I have to say that not only was the food disgusting, the restaurant was filthy and the staff was horrible. The chicken sandwich I ordered was dry as heck. The side I ordered (mac and cheese) was absolutely inedible. I threw the chicken sandwich and the side of mac and cheese in the trash. Do not eat at KFC. Yuck.

The Workers are Fast with your Food, but the Service is not great on Customer Skills and keeping the Place Clean. You have to Clean your own Tables for the most part, and the Restaurant is not in good shape, I dont know why Management is not Training their Employees Correctly.

I have been here twice this week and waited at lest 20 minute the first time, and today is a 30 minute wait for chicken. When asked if I would like a complimentary drink while waiting, they had no Pepsi products. How can you stay in business this way???

Horrible at actually filling a correct order. Also they can seem to never to remember the sauce even after asking what kind we want. Horrible service but unfortunately it wont change because the management doesnt care (obviously its been going on forever)

Every time my family goes there they always mess up our orders or dont have what we want, tonight we had to wait 45 minutes for our food because the stupid cashier messed up everyones orders like 6 in a row then we get home and stuff is still missing

Its a fast food restaurant. Its not clean, but its not unbearably filthy either. If youre taking your girl on a date, dont be such a cheap prick and go somewhere nicer. If its just you, by all means, eat too if the delicious $5 box meals.

Biggest s**t show kfc ever. I like their food... when they have it. I cant remember the last time I was there that they had food. Even when slow. Wait a long time to get home and realize stuff had been left out.
