Yesterday was my birthday and I couldnt do anything but sit in the house with my little family. So i decided to order from this place for my 4th time. Little did I know the disaster that awaited me....I explained what I had wanted to order the woman with the thick Caribbean accent got it wrong. So when the order arrived not only was I disappointed but they would not give me a discount on what I had ordered in the first place for her lack of understanding. Not only did they want me to wait yet another 45mins to an hour for me and my family to receive what I originally ordered they were not willing to compesate for the time. And it was already late as it was. I asked the woman to just have the driver come get the food and to refund my money. The driver (Ahmad) comes back to retrieve the items. I head back upstairs to check my account and my account was charged twice by this restaurant. Not only was I already fuming about the order but now my card was charged twice. They refused to help me, and then stated that I had to bring a bank statement in to prove I was charged twice. ABSURD! I had my husband call because obviously theyre fond of ripping off women. Long story short, they still keep saying that they are not refunding the second charge they placed on my card. I already called my bank which is a FCU since they were accusing them of charging me. They did not do it. So im putting in a fraud claim on this company for refusing to own up to their wrong doings. And lack of respect for women. I will NEVER EVER order from this restaurant again. And I will make sure no one that I know will order from them ever again.

This place has the worst service I have ever seen in my life. One time my pizza was 2 hours late, and cold, and the wrong type of pizza. The next time I ordered the delivery driver sold my pizza to the wrong person and the store refused to send me another pizza. Every time I call them they are very rude to me and they will never admit when they are wrong.

An hour after I placed my order, Delivery guy showed up with half my order... (I had ordered Salads and Chicken).. He showed up with the Salads saying he forgot the chicken and had to go Back (an hour after waiting mind you ) to get it... I Do not reccomend

They are always nice... Strict on their prices.. open until early morning... They have whiting fish, chicken pieces, nuggets, wings and Italian food... Bit of everything
