Normally a great place that Ive been coming to for years. Today I called ahead to order pizza & wings for a birthday party, which is on a time table to get to. The response was when would I like to pick it up. I said how long will it take to get it done? He said 15-20 minutes which would have been 2:15pm. Im here now at 2:35pm & they havent even started the pizza or wings. He actually had the balls to ask me if i wanted to put a tip on the receipt when he ran my card through. FYI the place is empty, with no orders up, nothing cooking & only 1 phone call since Ive been here. It is such a shame that todays experience was this bad because normally these guys bust their assess & make great food. Beyond dissatisfied & disappointed.

the food is good and at a reasonible price. but how ever beware of the delivery guy. He a bit rude and tends to talk down to people a bit of a smart mouth. due to this unfortunality i wont be ordering from them no more due to the rudness of the delivery guy. and i tiped him very well so there should of been no reason for the smart mouth. a word of cauton beware of the delivery guy

Their burgers arent bad but they mess up our order all the time. Last night went in for a few late night burgers with my man and a friend and they were very rude and messed up my order twice. And when they tried to fix it they still screwed it up again. I was not about to sit there and wait another 15-20min for them to mess it up again. Ill just go to Sicilian from now on.

Dont believe some of these lame reviews. Have been eating from Royal fried for over 15 years. Yeah the service isnt immaculate and it shouldnt be. For those complaining about timing and hospitality, go to a damn Michelin restaurant for that. The star is the chicken. I would wait over an hour just to have that damn chicken!

Been comin here since I was a lil kid. Great customer service, great food and prices. Everyone comes here late nite cuz its the only thing open especially on the weekend. If theres any problem wit them go to the 24 hour Mcds.

Customer service can use some work but the food is so good. The only reason why I would consider ordering again because its easier to hope for better service than it is to hope for better food.
