I placed a order of 9 piece mixed a total charge of $ 17.00 ,on Sunday 4/30 , when received the bread was in a brown paper bag & the chicken was placed in a box that had to be taped , the tape was touching the chicken & the fries were placed in bottom of box & chicken on top , This is not acceptable , well they just lost a customer !

Always a little on the slow side, but I think they make everything fresh to order. I only order the halal food, usually chicken over rice, or the pita, and its great every time. No complaints - just cant be in a hurry. And Im fine with that. Fast food joints down on 4 ave if you want them.

I ordered waited a hour for what looked literally like it was dropped on the floor and kicked around. I was a loyal and frequent customer, until little by little the food quality diminished... Bad vegetables and geese dripping out the bag. Jfk is done.

I ordered a grill chicken on the hero. But I regretted it. I will never order from this place again. Thier bread are not freah it was so hard to take a bite. The chiken and fries arrived cold.!! I wish if i could give this place less than that star

Horrible! The Menu is misleading, the prices are ridiculous for the quality and quantity of the food.. Jerks when you call to question.. Just horrible. I will definitely discourage anyone I work with or know to steer clear of this Rat Shack

Boneless chicken tenders, potato wedges, mozzarella sticks and chicken breast are all fantastic. Its not gourmet or healthy but its the best at what it is. Ive always had great service whether take out or delivery.

stay away from this place!!! i ate some old chicken they gave me and the enxt day woke up with food poisoning throwing up all over the place... stay away!!!!

Really tasty if you stick to the basics. Friendly service, and they remember repeat customers. Definitely not for dieters, but it always hits the spot!
