Terrible! The manager was unbelievably rude! I am clueless to how on earth can he possibly run a store with such a lack of customer service. My family travelled from midtown Manhattan to this location only to be treated so poorly by the store manager. We had called in to place an order for pick up . Upon arrival we immediately notice how the manager was being rude to another customer. After poorly attending his previous customer we informed him we had place an order for pick up. As the manager was looking for our order my family notice plenty of available tables. We asked the manager if we can eat in instead which he immediately replied no. I was confuse with his attitude towards us and as to why cant we simply eat in if there was plenty of empty tables. He rudely said we can not eat in because when we called we said pick up. My husband told him if he did not allow us to eat in we no longer want the pizza. The manager without any hesitation said no problem sarcastically and shoved the pizza in a shelf behind him. I am still in shock how can he possibly be the store manager! He offered no solutions, accommodations nor explained if there was additional fees or store policy as to why we could not eat in. Nevertheless this all happen while my husband and I had our children with us. NOT EVEN THE FACT THAT WE ARE A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN MADE THIS "MANAGER" BE MORE OF A PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT SHOULD WE CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE ". I would rate this place a big fat zero if I could! Hope the store owner realize the terrible service his store manager offers his customers. I will never ever return nor recommend this pizza hut at all!

Food ruined my insides. Understaffed. Im talking like one person trying to cater to an entire room of 20+ people. Angry troll manager with a filthy attitude and mean demeanor FOR NO REASON. Gives you lip when you are nothing but patient and understanding with her. I know being the manager of a Pizza Hut isnt what children say they wanna be when they grow up, but seriously, do not give me an attitude when you ask me what I want and I tell you what I want in a calm, friendly manor. Takes an hour to get a drink served to you and the food is never enough for the amount of people there (except for the salad that looks like it is always untouched besides by me, cause most of the clientele seem to be there for the pizza that is never brought out, the frozen pasta and the bread sticks). Place needs to be cleaned up and staffed with more, willing to work people. Ive been in there when it was empty and there was a table just covered in filthy plates because no one working there felt like cleaning it up. People need to just start posting photos and videos of how gross the atmosphere is and rude the manager is so corporate HQ realizes their options should be to either shut it down or send someone in there to fix this vile mess that is the Pizza Hut of Scarsdale. Only reason I leave a tip on the table is because I feel bad for the poor wait staff who has to slave away under the sloben rule of that pig manager.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Me and my girlfriend came in here to eat because my previous pizza hut experience was pretty good. Little did i know that this particular pizza hut would have horrible service and would force me to leave a pizza restaurant for the first time of my life. Me and my girlfriend came in and the hostess was no where to be found so we sat ourselves down. After a minute i went to the front to check out the menu and a worker came up to me and asked me if im ordering. I told her that we are going to eat in and she told me that we should sit forcing me to not to take a look at the menu in the front. So me and my girlfriend sat there for about 5 minutes wondering when they will give us the menu. No one showed up so i ended up going over to the front of the kitchen it seemed where all the workers were piled around having friendly conversation with one another completely ignoring me. The ladies that work there who had braids and long hair werent even wearing hair nets which even pushed me more out the door because thats just disgusting. I was standing there and they looked over straight at me ignoring me and giggling. Without hesitation me and my girlfriend just left feeling disappointed. Instead we went up the block to UNO pizzeria where the service was good and had a great meal.

Horrible staff, horrible service, just, terrible. There ceiling was leaking in multiple spots, the place got my order wrong, and when I told them they simply said "look at the receipt". I ordered a 2-liter of pepsi and the man tried to give me two cups of fountain soda instead, and when I asked for my money back he gave me a hard time and told me that they dont sell 2-liter sodas. When I told him that he should have told me so when I placed my order, he said he did when he called me. When he called me, all I got was a "are you going to pick up the food?" and when I said yes they hung up! Also, when I went to pick up my food the man said that it wasnt ready because I didnt answer the phone when they called ... but I did! So then we had to wait around while they made our order and then they didnt even make it correctly! I ordered four personal pan pizzas and I received two personal pan pizzas, and two large pizzas. I will never go back there.

If i could give zero stars, i absolutely would. Spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone who was not properly trained and could not take an order... Puts me on hold just to speak to someone else who was just as incompetent. Not only that, he was speaking to another customer while I was trying to give my order!!! Rude!! I was clearly frustrated when i had to repeat my order ALL OVER AGAIN... It was only a big dinner box, not like i was buying the whole restaurant out!! Management needs to step their game up and start hiring people with a little intelligence or there needs to be some kind of training implemented. Its not a hard job... Ive worked for fast food chains before. Very unorganized, rude and just an overall bad experience. I know these reviews arent often addressed but lets hope they can do better than that. Such a busy location with potential. Very unfortunate the service was sh*tty. I will not be back.

Horrible service! The manager was awfully rude to all his customers. I had called to place an order over the phone for pick up. When we arrived I asked if we can eat in. The manager immediately said no. Even though the seating area hand plenty of empty tables. After asking him why he said because you ordered carry out not eat in. After going back and forward trying to understand why can we simply change to eat in. I told him I no longer want the pizza; this manager grabbed the pizza that he had place on the counter and shoved it back in the heating storage they use to keep their pizza warm. Just keep in mind that all of this occurred while I was with my wife and kids! I will never go to this place again nor will I recommend anyone. If I can rate this pizza hut a zero I would!
