Im a bit dissapointed of this place. This is not the 1st I been here. Before I had great service from an African American girl, dont remember her name yet she was gracious. Today I come in to the restaurant host is not smiling and not greeted and asked for 2 and made us follow her.The energy feels odd. I already had sense I was not gonna have a great service. I sat for 7 minutes and no one checked on us on the table. No one came to check and said thanks for waiting or so sorry for waiting. Mean while there was a server desire cleaning a table almost next to us and she didnt even bother finding the server and as part of custumer service experience she could have taken the order. She stared and kept cleaning. The manager across yelled - is that amandas!!!! Amanda came fuming to the table and with an attitude. Unexpected and unnecessary. Took the order and left since then I felt very uncomfortable almost decided to walk out. I already had ordered food. I will never come back to this place again. Being in the custumer service for 15 years. I do best to provide quality custumer service experience. I believe I deserve the same. This restaurant needs custumer service training.ASAP!

Love coming here before a movie. The food doesnt disappoint, its always a nice place to grab a beer, catch up, relax and then watch a show. The wings are my favorite!!! Boneless or with bones doesnt matter they are perfect. The amount of sauces I can pick from tops it off. I got habanero BBQ wings with a side of triple dog dare sauce for dipping. Its really not a killer spicy sauce but it is very flavorful. The nachos were ok, nothing crazy and the fries were on point. The once issue I had with this place which is a reacuring problem for me is that the service lags. I understand they arrive busy but from sitting down it shouldnt take 15 minutes to take my drink order let alone my meal order. If their service picked up they would be perfect.

Ive given this location so many chances but unfortunately, it always lets me down. There is always a wait to sit, service is super slow and mostly bad and the food is often served cold. You would think that an establishment this consistently busy would be on point, but its the opposite. Having worked in the service industry I appreciate and expect good food and service no matter where I choose to spend my money. This place is so bad Id rather drive 30 minutes to another Hooters and have a great experience. I will never step foot at this location again. If I could give it negative stars I would....it sucks that much!

My son went there with his friend (guy) to grab a bite and they were not given any service because his ex-girlfriend worked there. My son did not know she worked there. They waited 30 min to see if a waiter comes by and they were never serviced They left to go somewhere else. This is totally wrong to be refused service and it all has to do with employee training. I called the manager and he will look into it and I will be calling back to see what his findings are. Stay tuned!!!

Actually liked this place until SuperBowl Sunday 2011. Management wanted to charge $25 per person if you sit at a table. When I went with my husband, the cheapest table they wanted to charge is $100. This is not including the food and drinks you are going to end up buying. This is a rip-off and a lack of respect for repeat customers. I advise others to steer clear of this particular Hooters for major sporting events. They totally value profit over loyal repeat customers!

I used to come here a lot. Beers were always fresh, great wings, quick service but Im sad to say thats all changed. Stopped by here today and sat at our table for 20 minutes. Not even a word was said to us. All five waitresses (that were free and not serving tables) stood around the bar and gossiped. Not sure what happened to this place, but definitely not going back now. Can only imagine what its like during a busy time. *the fried food smell though did smell great

Wanted to comment about the truly outstanding service I received at this location. The server "Nesi" is a very valuable asset to this location. Shes extremely quick, doesnt skip a beat. We were in and out in about thirty minutes which is impressive for a friday night. She has provided the best service Ive ever received in a restaurant. Ive never seen such excellent service on a friday night! Come to hooters let her be your girl you will not be dissapointed.

This is a great hooters location. Its right next to the movie theater has plenty of screens for sports. The food is good, the drinks are good, with full liquor bar and lots of specials for food and drinks. They have an outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. Its great for a quick beer before a movie or after to relax and chit chat.

This place is awesome, good atmosphere, great service. Went out with the fam for a good afternoon lunch and the waitress was excellent. She was very social and gave us a good recommendation on the different types of food they had. Plus this was my first at one. Try out the Angry Orchards Hard Cider..... Pure Awesomeness everytime.

I love coming to this place, even though there a little wait time to be seated but its still worthed with there awesome waitresses. I been to this place so many time but there one waitress that went above and beyond I wish I remember her name but my bill came up $48.20 and her tip was 50 dollars cause she deserved it.

I come here occasionally for their wings. Unlimited boneless wings on Wednesday and unlimited wings on Thursday are great deals. Can get petty crowded at times especially during major games but thats to be expected. Has outdoor seating for those nicer days. Staff are friendly and no issues so far.

Good location and good prices for delicious food. Service was really nice because the waitress was attentive. The atmosphere was nice, they have TVs everywhere and music playing in the background, which made me like the restaurant a lot because its good for socializing or for a chill out day.

I have been to 4 Hooters in my lifetime. 2 in NJ 1 in Manhattan and this one in Queens near my home. This is the best one hands down! The one off 34th street didnt even sell lemon pepper wings my favorite!! This Hooters is bright,clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Wait was waayyy too long was ignored, the waitress did not report within two minutes (standard greeting procedure following a seating) The food was acceptable. I think this place NEEDS a MAJOR MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL...THIS MR. CLEAN WANNABE SUCKS

I dont even know why I gave this place another chance, the food was cold, Again. The waiters got my order wrong when it was simple, my food was hard as a rock, I think I may need to see my dentist this weekend how are these people still open?

Good food. Great location. Movie theater is right next door. So you can grab a bite to eat and watch a movie. Or vice versa. Would have given it a 5 but took awhile before we got our food. Appetizers came after our main course.
